We enjoyed our stay in Monterey CC. The condo was perfect and clean. Everything seemed new! Our host was so easy to communicate with. We recommend staying here.

3 bedroom condo in Monterey

The location was great, the condo was spacious But there could be several improvements; 1. There was no welcome/instruction book 2. Had to ask about garbage day, recycle bin was taped up and not allowed to use 3. Cheap plastic plates and cups like a child would use 4. Not allowed to use the garage because a car was being stored(there was no car) 5. The furniture in the living room and dining room was covered 6. Price tags were still on several pieces of furniture 7. No basic condiments (salt& pepper) 8. Not allowed to open sliding doors in living room 9. no shoes in the house 10. No ironing board 11. Cheap plastic place mats All over the house 12. No lounge chairs on patio 13. No salad/cereal bowls I have rented condos several times in PGA West and have never run into so many restrictions. The owner is obviously inexperienced. I would not recommend renting this unit again.

Welcome. I have had outstanding reviews on VRBO from my previous condo. This Monterey Country Club condo is my favorite condo in the Desert. Perfectly located to town activities and has beautiful views of golf course greens and a swimming pool right next to house. The beauty and comfort of my just remodeled home makes it feel so special to me. I know you will also fall in love with this vacation home paradise.

Why they chose this property

I love that Monterey Club residents and visitors enjoy walking the neighborhoods and are so friendly. It clearly feels that everyone truly enjoys being here. I love the tropical feel around the pools and jacuzzis. I enjoy dining at the Club for breakfast or lunch watching golfers on the greens. The Sunsets are always fun to watch from the patio.
