Relax with the whole family at The White House, a newly renovated 3 Bedroom Coastal Farmhouse, perfect for couples, families, friends or a solo getaway located in a private and serene half acre property, yet close to everything!

THE INTERIOR SPACE

The primary bedroom features a California king bed and french doors that open to a lovely sunny space to soak up the California Sun! There are 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds, an additional trundle including a reading nook for the kiddos with a twin chaise.

Whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay, The White House is the perfect home base for exploring all that San Diego has to offer!

GUEST ACCESS

The extensive and private areas surrounding the house are not fenced, thus giving you a sense you have arrived to a serene country getaway with endless opportunities to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The front porch, and side, and back patio areas have rocking chairs where you will hear birds singing and perhaps catch a glimpse of hawks and owls soaring the morning and evening skies. You might even hear Woody, the local woodpecker!

But what really sets The White House apart are its accessibility features. This beautiful and tranquil home is all single level with wider doors, walk in shower and thoughtful amenities which make this home perfect for anyone who values ease of movement and comfort.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A large deck off the master bedroom and both additional bedrooms have french doors leading to large sun filled patio areas. Enjoy a meal al fresco as the sun sets....a fire pit will add to the evening ambiance as you unwind in rocking chairs and conversational seating that surround the fire pit.

Doesn't get better than the White House

My wife and I chose to rent the White House property based on the impressive photos and Mary's reasonable host fees. From the very beginning, we had excellent communication with her. The online photos don't do this home proper justice. Impeccably clean, incredibly maintained, and with all the amenities one needs and even those you didn't think you needed. It is apparent that Mary anticipates what is needed for a luxury, 5-star resort experience, and she certainly delivered it. Other hosts should take lessons from Mary. The location is quiet and peaceful, but not too far from great restaurants and activities. We've rented other homes throughout our travels, and this one far exceeded our expectations.

Family weekend

The house was perfect for 2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The hostess was amazing in the communication and there were nice touches to welcome us. Great location for Legoland and other things we had planned in the area. We will be back.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We had the most wonderful time staying at the White House on our recent trip to North County San Diego. Mary is an amazing host and her special house was the perfect place for my husband and our three adult children during our trip. Every possible need was thought of and she checked in just enough to be sure we were doing well throughout our visit. The house itself is decorated beautifully - everything is new and the high end finishes make it feel like a 5 star hotel. The outdoor space is so peaceful and quiet, perfect for the rest and relaxation we needed. Thank you again Mary - We will definitely return to the White House!

Don't hesitate! BOOK NOW!

Words can not express how please we were with out booking choice. The White House is more than even the pictures can show. The cleanest home rental we've ever stayed in. We were so at ease and relaxed, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the restrooms and kitchen spotless. Jonathon was a great host and kept in touch with us without being intrusive. The town of Vista is as cute as can be with many dining options. We will be back!

Such a wonderful experience

House was immaculate, nicely appointed and well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Hosts were very responsive (at about midnight) when we had trouble finding the address (a VRBO issue, not there’s). We plan to return for future business trips to the area.
