Summary:

You'll love staying in our pet-friendly condo on the world famous Oceanside beach. Hear waves crash and take in the lovely Pacific Ocean breeze while sipping margaritas on your private balcony. If you need a break from the beach, you can walk to world class restaurants, craft breweries, and more. Our full renovation was recently completed and is ready to host you for a trip of a lifetime!



The Space:

Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs.



Guest Access:

Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.



Other Things to Note:

Please also note you are welcome to bring one (1) dog. The fee is $35/night/pet. Unauthorized pets will be a $500 fine. Also, keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St). A minivan (since it can make tighter turns) should fit as well sedans and smaller trucks. There is possible construction noise from our neighbor Mon - Sat during work hours. By booking, you are aware that loud noise won't be an issue for you (including street noise) and there will be no discounts or refunds given if construction occurs during your stay.

Perfect location, right on the beach. We stayed 4 nights and had no noise issues from the road or construction next door. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Parking was tight, but our Toyota Highlander fit.

The listing pretty accurately described the unit. Noisy neighbors was an unfortunate addition to the weekend, but I suppose that's a risk you take staying in a multi unit building.

Such a cool place to stay! Super cute, modern, clean inside and nice touches with the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels! Cozy and comfy and perfect for our family of four! Even closer to the beach than I thought- I could throw a stone in the ocean from the balcony! Pier, restaurants and shopping all walking distance!! Would stay here again!!

It’s the perfect little apartment. Right on the beach & within walking distance to anything you’d need. The kitchen is very well stocked. As well as any toiletries you’d need. Linens are high quality too! It’s a very well thought out place with lots of attention to detail. The host was very easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend!

This unit was extremely clean! The listing was mostly accurate with the exception of the view and AC. This unit is the bottom right (if you are facing it) and the view is heavily blocked. My biggest complaint was the air conditioning. It was a wall unit that was only in the living room area. The bedroom was EXTREMELY warm and no standing fan was provided so I couldn't push air from the the living to the bedroom. The bedroom was also extremely bright with no blackout windows. I contacted the host regarding a fan and they said a fan wasn't in the listing so one was not provided. The quality of the beach towels was to be desired and the laundry room was disgusting, I would never wash my families' clothing in it. This unit would be great for a couple on a budget. The location is excellent. Parking is tight tight tight, rent the smallest car you can.

Location was 5 stars! If you are into aesthetics, this isn't the property for you. It is not well maintained. The furniture is beat up, the couch was uncomfortable, the stucco around the door isn't painted, one of the walls has a stain and the air conditioner leaks when in use. And the parking spot....R-I-DI-C-U-L-O-U-S. When a vehicle is in the adjacent spot I had to park on the next street over. (I have a small SUV). The property photo of the balcony is from one of the other units. I had a great view of the back of the property in front of this one and parking.

Clean well maintained vacation home. Hop right across the road into the beach. Enjoyed the coffee maker for morning coffee on the balcony looking at the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs for using on the beach. Walk to shops, the pier, restaurants and bars within 15 minutes. Nice to be right on the strip for watching cars cruise by. Easy check in/out. Great communication with the property manager and it was nice he just checked in periodically to make sure things were great.

Perfect couples retreat

Had an amazing stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, truly felt like home. The location was perfect — we were able to walk everywhere. Parking was a bit tight, but it wasn’t an issue since we walked most places. The view of the beach was beautiful, and the area was wonderfully quiet. Highly recommend!

A great condo and a great location! Steps to the beach, open the sliding door and listen to the waves. We had a very relaxing stay. If you’re there on a Thursday be sure to check out the market in downtown, lots of great food! Oceanside has it all and this condo is close to everything.
