Spacious family home in lovely town right next to Culver Academies campus! Bring the whole family for a summer getaway at Lake Max or come visit your favorite cadet. Keep your vehicle in the garage with the Culver Academies campus located approximately 500 yards away. A 5-10 minute walk will get you to the Culver beachfront park, restaurants, & shops. The large back yard and deck area is perfect for relaxing after a fun day on the lake.
The space
Family-friendly home with amenities to start and end your trip. Three bedrooms and two full baths are on the main floor with an open concept kitchen, dining, & family room. The three bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed, and one full size bed. One more bedroom featuring two full size beds and full bath are located in the basement, accompanied by two additional daybeds. Spoil yourself with a basement full of games and entertainment. House includes a Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals. There are smart TVs for streaming located throughout the house with available Wi-Fi.

Family weekend

The property was outstanding for our family weekend. Short walking distance to the lake. Everything was very clean. Plenty of room. I would definitely rent this property again in the future. Very happy with this rental!

Wonderful property for annual friend's trip

This was the perfect home base for our annual trip for 4 couples. The house was comfortable for all of us. The bathrooms, kitchen, and game room were well appointed for a long weekend. The yard was beautiful and the walk to town and the Academy was convenient. The host, Daniel, was attentive and communicated well. Thank you!

Beautiful home near the Academy

We were pleasantly surprised with this beautiful home with so many amenities. There is an open kitchen that was very comfortable to prep, cook and socialize in. The basement has a game room with lots of options for young and old. Daniel was always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here. This was walking distance to town and the Academy. Thank you for sharing your home and helping us have a wonderful graduation weekend. We wish we could have stayed longer.
