- The Private Dock: Bring your own boat or jet ski! Guests have full use of the private pier for easy access to Magician Lake’s crystal-clear waters.

- Explore the Lake: Magician Lake is a premier "All-Sports" lake. Local marinas offer convenient boat rentals (delivered right to your dock in many cases), ensuring your group can enjoy tubing, skiing, and fishing from day one.

- The Shoreline Fire Pit: Cap off your evenings with s'mores and stories at the custom fire pit located right at the water’s edge.

Rain or shine, the "Breeze" has you covered.

- Expansive Covered Deck: A massive outdoor living and dining space that stays cool in the sun and dry in the rain—perfect for large family meals with a view.

- Open-Concept Comfort: Inside, the 4-bedroom layout features a "no-rental-feel" design with high-end furnishings and plenty of space for up to 12 guests.

- Dog-Friendly Adventure: We know the family isn't complete without the dog. Bring up to two pups to enjoy the lake life with you (fee and leash rules apply).

PLANNING YOUR STAY
- Flexible Summer Stays: We feature a 4-night minimum from June 19th through Sept 8th, offering more flexibility than traditional weekly-only rentals.

- Boat & Gear: While WAYA Rentals does not provide boats or watercraft, we are happy to recommend local third-party marinas for rentals.

- The Essentials: We provide a high-quality "Starter Kit" (2 rolls of TP per bath, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 trash bags, and hand soap).

- Check-in: The primary guest must be 30+ years of age (ID required).

- Community Harmony: Magician Lake is a peaceful residential community. To respect our year-round neighbors, large parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Wonderful stay

The home and setting was everything advertised. We took my 88 year old mom there for her birthday weekend and she has never been happier. The home was modern, clean and perfect for our group. Thanks for the memories….

Simply Amazing

We had an amazing week. This property was as advertised! Communication was prompt and thorough. Only downside was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. And the Queen only room was limited on room for luggage. We rented paddle boards and kayak from JDs Marina quickly and easily. Delivered and picked up with no issues. Played some golf at a nearby course which was great! We would absolutely love to come back.
