Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used bath towels into washing machine (fill 2/3 of machine only with towels), add detergent, start wash. Please do not overload washing machine with towels. Beach towels washed separately.
Strip all used beds and place sheets/linens in bedroom hamper.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strict policy: No drug use, sale, purchase, or manufacturing on the property. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No alterations or tampering with electrical wiring, smart home devices, or plumbing. Please report any maintenance issues to the host immediately.

Peggi and Tom were amazing hosts, going above and beyond for our mom’s 70th birthday. Property was fantastic, clean and stocked with anything we needed. The wildfire smoke was pretty thick the first day we got there and Peggi even brought over masks for us! Amazing experience, we would definitely come back.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were great with communication from start to finish. We had such a great time visiting this property. The hosts thought out every detail and the space was clean and comfortable. My kids had the best time fishing off the pier and loved the snacks and games that were available for guests! The decor was wonderful and the plants outside were stunning! The lake itself was very nice as well! We had a great family trip relaxing and having fun! We can’t wait to visit again. Great rental! The owners are so sweet and welcoming! The house stocked with everything you could think of! It saved us many trips down to the store. The house is very clean, and well kept. My son caught a few big bass right off the deck. The house is on a channel which is great for the kids to kayak and fish while not being on the busy lake. They have a great little beach that was just a very short walk down the road.

I took my family here for the week of the 4th. Peggi and Tom are extremely accomodating to any and every need. The home is pristine and updated with all the amenities you could need. The location is on the inlet so you get the peace of not being directly on the lake but with a beautiful area of lakefront access for swimming & playing with the kids.The home comes equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, and pedal boats which are great to get out on the lake for some exercise and entertainment. The back deck and dock area are the best on the inlet with couches, a fire table, and umbrellas. Also, If you enjoy fishing this place is a honeyhole. We caught bass, perch, bluegill, pike, bowfin and there are turtles sunning everywhere.I would highly recommend for anyone going to the sister lakes.

This was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway! The home was spotless, and stocked with all the needed amenities from new appliances, glassware, and silverware to fresh towels and toiletries in case you forgot anything! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home (sound machines and multi-plug phone chargers in each bedroom), with kids and adult games and books to help unplug and spend quality time with your group! Loved the peddle boat and kayaking experiences too! Sitting on the deck watching the turtles sunning themselves and swimming in the clear lake was another fun perk! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating on the big deck with a clean gas grill. There were a variety of comfy chairs to choose from outside too (outdoor dining area, rocking chairs, long lounge chairs, an outdoor couch and chairs with cushions) and umbrellas when we needed a break from the sun. The hosts really thought of everything to enjoy time at the beach, boating, or floating… pool noodles, floating seats, beach towels, portable coolers, life jackets, kayaks and peddle boats. The location was great too… short drive to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, groceries, wineries, and breweries. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a couple or a young family. My grandsons especially enjoyed the fishing and the paddle boats. Hosts were very hospitable and they went the extra mile to ensure we had everything for our stay.

All Vrbo owners should take a lesson from Peggi! I'm a picky guest and have stayed in sooo many rentals and nothing compared to the attention to detail that Peggi has spent to ensure you have an amazing time away from home. The house is spotless, and was stocked with everything you needed and more. The kids had soooo much fun with all the water toys that this house. We rented a pontoon boat from a local marina and it was nice to cruise the lake. Trust me, look no further! Worlds cutest rental 10/10. We will be back Thanks Peggi and Tom!
