A door leads to a covered deck and the green leafed trees provide a peaceful backdrop through the windows. The armoire holds an HDTV with DVR. Step into the master bath to refresh and unwind. The en suite bath is beautiful. Soak in the slipper tub with a waterfall faucet under the soft light of the chandelier. The vanity has two vessel sinks set in a quartzite counter. Rinse in the amazing shower under waterfall shower head, or use the body sprays and jets. Just beyond is the large master closet.

Step up the stairway off the entry hall to the upstairs bedrooms, baths, and retreat. The upstairs hall opens to the foyer below. Just to the left is the 2nd master suite. This private room has a king size bed and an HDTV. With 9' ceilings, a walk-in closet, and its quiet and secluded location, guests will truly be able to relax. The en suite bath has a vessel sink set in stone and a large glass doored shower with a rain shower head and bench. Off the hall are two additional bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is perfectly set up for families. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and is decorated in soft grays and whites. The 4th bedroom has full size bunk beds with a pull out trundle. Just steps from both these bedrooms is a full bath with a tub/shower. At the end of the hall is a light and bright retreat. The 12' high walls are lined with 18 windows. A soft sofa invites you to relax while reading or watching the wall mounted HDTV. Both kids and adults will love this away space.

This home is so conveniently located. Turn to the right onto Seabrook Island Road and travel for 3/4 mile to get to Pelican Beach - famous for its sunsets over the waters of the Edisto River. Continue on for another 1/4 mile and you are at the Seabrook Island Club's Island House, the two championship golf courses - Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks, the Beach Club pools, and Pelican's Nest, outdoor oceanfront casual dining. If you want to play tennis or use the Lake House facilities, both are just 1.8 miles back toward the gate.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For our larger homes, cancellation notice of 60 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. With appropriate notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
