Ascend the stairs to your "Low Country" front porch or take the 3 story private elevator from the garage into the town home. The front porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sipping an afternoon ice tea or enjoying an evening glass of wine. The porch has a swing bed and two chairs to while away the time in. Step inside the townhouse and let your eyes sweep through the open floor plan. The kitchen sits off to the right of the entry. This fully stocked room has custom cabinets, tiled back splash, marble counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar with two stools buffers the dining area. The dining table seats six. Open to the dining room is the great room. You will be comfortable on the double sofas and entertained by the large Smart TV. Off the great room is the sunroom. The first level has a powder bathroom.

Head upstairs to the second level bedrooms. The primary bedroom ensuite has a King bed, wall mounted TV and reading nook. A barn door opens to the large primary bath. A double sink vanity and oversize tiled shower adorn this spa like space. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV and private bath. The renovated bath has a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has a full bed with twin lofted over. This bedroom has a wall mounted TV and private bath. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. On the second level is the laundry with full washer and dryer.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

This villa is very nicely located near many of Seabrook Island's fine amenities. Ride your bike to the Beach Club pools, Island House or Pelican's Nest outdoor oceanfront restaurant, or the two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds. These amenities and the ocean is just 0.9 miles from the home; it won't take you long to have your toes in the sand. North Beach where you may catch the dolphin strand-feeding is a short 1.3 mile ride. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreemeamount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
