Hi Michael, We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. We take the cleanings very seriously and have three professional cleaning crews in the building each Saturday. Furthermore, we have a team member inspect the residence after it's cleaned. We texted you at 3:45 on your arrival date to make sure all went smoothly during your check-in, but you didn't answer us, so we had assumed all was well. Additionally, we have a team member reach out the day after your arrival to make sure you're enjoying everything, and we sent you a mid-stay text on August 22nd to see how everything was going so far. You didn't answer any of our messages or mention something about the cleaning until a couple days after your departure. If you had answered one of our messages during your stay, then we would have handled any issue as soon as possible and done whatever we could to help enhance your vacation. We value your feedback and appreciate you choosing us for your vacation. Thank you, Experience Vacation Rentals

Just that owners should be maintaining their property a little better in some units. The Grand is very expensive and for people like myself a lot of effort is required to make a vacation spot like the Grand happen. Working with Ricky and Mike was easy. All questions were answered clearly. Email response was very good.

Loved everything except the new wrist bands.

Loved everything except the new wrist bands. Having to wear that for the entirety of our stay during sleep, showers, evenings out, etc was not comfortable. Please go back to the regular bands. Ryan did a great job of helping secure the unit for vacation, keeping in contact and resolving a key fob issue during our stay. Thanks Ryan!!

I think The Grand did a wonderful job in this time of COVID-19.

I think The Grand did a wonderful job in this time of COVID-19. The maintenance staff was constantly cleaning, everyone seemed to comply with the rules. I am especially thankful that we were able to use the pool. That was a concern earlier in the season, wether it would open. My granddaughters were so looking forward to using it, and I’m happy that the HOA figured out a way for us to use it and feel safe. The pool attendants were very responsible about their jobs and the pool experience was wonderful. Also, the beach staff was wonderful to my 95 year old mother. Thaey brought her to and from the beach and they were all so kind! Ricky was very helpful and responsive. Addressed concerns and was very easy to get in touch with.
