Luxury Oceanfront Condo! Spetacular view!

This second floor Condo unit is located in Diamond Beach, NJ. It is a clean, private beach community at the south end of Wildwood Crest.
Enjoy direct oceanfront view from spacious balcony (27 ft wide x 7.5 ft deep), experience spectacular sunrise, relax in private pool accompanied with hot tub spa and kiddie pool, stroll along the private beach whenever you want, take a short walk to go bird watching or cycling in the nature preserve. Just a short ride will bring you to the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk or the charm of Cape May!
The oceanfront master bedroom has direct access to the balcony. The unit has two queen-size beds, two twin beds and two deluxe folding cots. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen cable TV.
The oceanfront living room has a large flat-panel cable TV. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a K-cup coffee maker and a traditional programmable coffee maker; furnished with dishes, cookware and utensils. The washer and dryer can be found in utility room inside the unit. Air conditioning and heating make it comfortable year-round.

Amazing property and location

Wonderful Getaway Location

Great location. We loved our stay! The owner was very helpful and the property was in a terrific location. We had everything we needed within walking distance. It was great to have beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was shaded in the late afternoon so we could take a break from the sun. Great rental!

Our family has been coming to Diamond Beach for years, and has stayed at other condos in the same building. This condo was was perfect for us! It is well kept and had everything we needed. The property manager is extremely kind and communicative. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for beach front property at a reasonable price without any hassle!

Great spot for a family

Fantastic stay - located right on the beach and steps to the beach. My family of three kids, wife and Au pair had plenty of room with lots to enjoy. After a long day at the beach we would retire to our respective rooms and watch tv before heading out to various activities - whale watching, mini golf and the boardwalk are a short drive or walk away. The property was clean and well stocked with cutlery and plates/dishes. Would recommend and return!

First let me say we had a great time the unit was spacious and had everything we needed. My only concern, as we were all seniors and some were handicapped, there are no grab bars in the showers and the shower floors were slippery.

Favorite Beach Vacation

This is our second year staying at this property and we look forward to many more years of fun here. From the beautiful condo, to the ocean view, the ease of accessing the clean uncrowded beaches, the pool, and everything in-between it’s the best place to take a family on a beach vacation! We have stayed in other units in this building and are happy we switched to this one. The owners do a wonderful job keeping it clean and welcoming! Additionally, they’re quick to respond to inquires and are very kind. Grateful they’re willing to share their condo with us because our Diamond Beach vacation is our favorite week of the year!

A DIAMOND GETAWAY!

The condo is clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and wonderful views! The owner's communication was professional and informative. The balcony is being on the beach without the sand, very relaxing watching the dolphins, water activity, the birds that nest in the sanctuary close to the condo and hearing the waves crashing. Bring your bag to put the pretty shells in during your beach walks using the private access. I look forward to a return visit!

Excellent location, nice updated apartment, a real beach home

This was the best beach vacation as a family. We have two toddlers, 2 and 5 and honestly the previous vacations spent at different hotels at the beach were disasters. This vacation was excellent! The kids were not confined to a room, not only that but the apartment was well equipped with board games, movies, etc. One excellent surprise was the presence of all beach apparel needed for a perfect day at beach in the deposit located at the ground level. It included chairs, umbrellas, boogies, a kite, beach toys. Next time when will stay there we now that the only think we need to pack is the clothes. We found everything in the kitchen, baths, laundry, all very user friendly. The toilet in the master bedroom is a bit weird but very much appreciated by our boys (no door, no darkness, easy to reach in the last minute). I would put a hanger somewhere at the entrance to hang the fleeces and the umbrellas (much needed on a June vacation). Wildwood Boardwalk is a short drive and parking is not a problem. The cleanness and quietness of the Diamond beach is to be more appreciated when returning from downtown Wildwood;). We will absolutely return.

Great location and good for families

We visited with our 2 year old and 6 month old. Overall, it was great for our family and I would recommend to families, but also would set expectations around some things. Pros: Could not be closer to the beach Access to private beach and private “club” aka beach bar/restaurant Balcony with ocean view Very spacious condo Pool is nice and we mostly had it to ourselves Having our own kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher was essential for baby/toddler Kitchen had kid plastic bowls 2 parking spots Access to beach chairs, umbrellas and toys The beach club has live music you can listen to from the balcony (nice when you have kids that go to bed at 7 so you are home bound each night) Overall a very quiet condo community other than the beach bar music, which did not feel too loud Cons: Whole condo felt a little dirty. Eg the floors had a fine layer of sand like they had not been cleaned between stays, shower head was moldy, carpet and pillows had stains Overall everything was a bit outdated, though you can tell that from pictures (not “luxury”) wak You need to bring your own linens/towels or rent Big cleaning fee yet you have to take out all the trash, remake beds and all dishes must be emptied from the dishwasher and put back before check out Not necessarily a con just a note: the primary bathroom is literally open to the bedroom with no walls or door. We ended up using the second bedroom down the hall for us and just used the bath in the bedroom for kids

Smoke and mirrors

We arrived and the cleaning of the unit was very poor. sand on the floors, dirty and sticky dishes and utensils, and i couldn't find the advertised 2 deluxe folding beds. I called the owner and left several messages. Then as i looked further the as advertised and pictured beach equipment was either missing or broken. also the bedding was so poor that the 2 twin bed almost seemed like 2 box springs vs a mattress and box spring. the TVs only has 5 channels. the owner finally called in back and when i explained my frustration her replies were Ill have to tell the cleaning people about the unit, I switched to basic cable so there's less channels but ill send you my account number and you can call the cable company, in response to the beach equipment she said well as people rent throughout the summer things get broken and go missing. I told her out of the 3 beach umbrellas pictured there was only 1 and when i went to use it it was broken and her response was ill have to throw it away. In regard to the deluxe folding beds her reply was check under the beds for them and look under the mattresses of the single beds for the pads. I then found the 2 spring army style cots and 1" pads which were on the beds because they were terrible.There were no attempts by the owner to offer any compensation for these deficiencies. Then to make it even worse she sent me a $25.00 extra cleaning fee after we checked out! which i called her and had reversed.

Hello, Thank you for your inputs. We did found that there were much less cable channels available to subscriber of basic plan in 2023. In current season, we signed in a primary plan which get 185+ TV channels and high speed internet access. In addition, TV in all bedroom is equipped with Roku streaming stick. So guests can sign in and enjoy their favorite programs as if at home...

Nothing between you and the view!!!

This is a wonderful condo for 3 couples, who want to look at and walk on the beach 24/7. It's well equipped, allowing for some gourmet cooking. It would work well for families with kids!!! (Some of us were oldsters so the tub and shower were a bit challenging to use.)

Great location, nice view

Owner is responsive, easy to work with. Beach is great for young kids. Location is convenient for Cape May and Wildwood. Best part is close easy walk to the beach and the condo is roomy enough. Beach bar on premise is busy every night with live music, but stopped by 10-11 pm. The pool is there, not super inviting but there if you want it. We enjoyed our stay.

What an awesome stay! Plenty of space for family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked. Also we loved that there was beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in the storage area so we did not have to pack ours. We would definitely stay again!
