About this property

Pelican Landing at Navarre Beach is a Unique Home with a Wonderful location. Easy walking distance to the Sugary White Sands and Turquoise waters of the Gulf or the Serene waters and Soft sandy shores if the Santa Rosa Sound. The first floor of living space includes 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom. Also on this level is a large family room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, laundry, Dining room and decks off of the front and back of the home. Each room in the house has its own balcony with sliding door and beautiful views of the gulf or the sound. The second floor of living space has 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed which is a full bed and a twin bed over top. There is also a twin trundle bed that can be easily used if desired. The 2 upstairs rooms are connected by a jack & jill bathroom and a large closet. The ground level has a garage with parking for golf cart, ample beach / sand toys, rafts, boogie boards, Beach chairs, Umbrellas, cooler, beach cart / wagon, kayak, spike ball, corn hole, Multiple beach cruiser bikes and a full size refrigerator for drinks, ice, fishing bait or anything else. All items are for guest use to enjoy. *Optional Golf Cart can be Rented for an additional $100 per night.( Free with 28 day rental) We also provide beach towels, so no need to pack yours from home. A fan can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach access 37B is just around the corner and an easy walk or golf cart ride. See arial view in photos. You can also walk just out the front door and strait across the street for a lovely unobstructed walk to the Santa Rosa Sound. This home has ample parking in driveway and a nice sandy back yard space. We hope to host you at Pelican Landing soon!

Golf Cart use requires renter to sign golf cart liability release waiver. This rental is optional and once waiver is received, a code to access the Golf cart will be sent to you.

Relaxing family beach vacation!

Wonderful property! Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The beach is beautiful! Quick short walk or gulf cart ride to the beach from the house! Very relaxing family vacation for my family of 8!

Weekend in Navarre Beach

2/22-2/25/24 5⭐️ Great location. Just off the beaten path and busy road. Comfortable and clean house setting. Well stocked kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Morning coffee on the deck, taking in the scenery. Golf cart ride or bikes in the afternoon, or a peaceful walk on the beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house! We can’t wait to come back again!!

A Perfect Stay for a Perfect Day

Janice was phenomenal through our entire trip. My husband and I were looking for a perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend. From location, space, and cleanliness- Janice provided all three of these attributes. Janice never missed a communication, and was prompt in her reply. This location was a great spot to accommodate our needs, but also will hold a special memory for many years to come! We look forward to having our immediate family back to celebrate our anniversary with those loved ones we shared during our trip. Thank you again and I would highly encourage Janice and her home.

Vacation Perfection

Jan was a great host! Navarre beach is amazing! The home had everything possibly needed available. Plenty of cleaning products and such which most vacation properties usually lack. We enjoyed the use of the plethora of beach toys and chairs. We played the board games and even accomplished all 3 puzzles (that had all pieces!) everything was very organized and one could tell that Jan thought of everything! We plan to return! Jan was very communicative which was greatly appreciated during our stay. The use of the golf cart was great even though the walk to beach access was less than 5 minutes. We’ve been on countless vrbo beach vacations over the past 25 years and this was by far the best!
