All Brand New Beds!

Our complex only has 38 units vs. other resorts where you're sharing your beachfront with over 200 units. This is one of our two units that we own in this property. Therefore, we can accommodate multiple families and groups.

Our two bedroom townhouse is located in Sugar Beach. A gorgeous and well maintained property in Navarre Beach. Home of Florida's Beautiful white sandy beaches, compliments of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach and heated pool are just steps away for your convenience. Or if privacy is what you crave, you can relax in your own private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella. A charcoal grill is provided so you may enjoy a BBQ with family/friends.

Inside you can relax in our open floor plan, with a fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room, including a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry area downstairs.

Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedroom suites (Master King Size Bed), complete with private baths and each including a mounted TV.

Free Cable and WiFi are included throughout the unit.

You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. This is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...enjoy!

Wonderful stay

Location was a very easy walk to the beach and the home was larger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of room for 6 with everything you need for your stay. We definitely plan on going back there again.

By far the best vacation home we've experienced. They had everything we needed. Restaurants within walking distance. Shopping close by. The beach was a short walk and just beautiful. Will definitely be back.

About the owner: We are Rob and Julie Hargesheimer. Rob is a Navy veteran who was stationed in the Pensacola area for nine years and fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Navarre. We traveled the world, but Navarre still remained one of our favorite beaches. So when our son got stationed in the area, we were eager to fulfill our dream of owning a home on the beach. We looked up and down the coast and nothing compared to the beaches of Navarre.

Why they chose this property

When we bought our first unit, it just felt like home. When another unit became available, we knew we wanted it so we could share this place with our family and friends. This complex offers an intimate setting, where we are able to enjoy the beach and pool with a small number of residents, which make it seem much more private. The spacious floor plan in the units are warm and inviting for families, as well as the private back patio for BBQ.

What makes this property unique

You can swim in the clear, warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the heated pool. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins swim along the surf.
