This cabin was ideal, located in a great area and was easy to find. It was big enough for 4 people to sleep and have additional family over with plenty of room. The host was very easy to talk with and the check in and out process was simple. Our dog loved the land and had lots of room to run around. The deck is great to sit outside in the morning times. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area visiting family.
The cabin is the perfect place to visit with our family. Quiet location on an orchard. Cabin is fully equipped for multi - day visits. Tom Range is a wonderful host.
We stayed 3 nights, while competing at an event at the World Shooting Complex, about 35min away. The cabin was very clean, well equipped, we needed to bring nothing. Nice, quiet and secluded. I got the keys from the young lady at the farm market store, and dropped them in the mailbox, as we left in the early morning. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to the area.
What an amazing week of rest and relaxation! The setting is beautiful with a wonderful view. It is set back in the timbers with complete privacy, yet convenient and close to activities if so desired. There in an orchard store with wonderful in-season produce. The owner (and staff) are all so friendly! We are hopeful to book again and highly recommend others who are looking for a get-away vacation!
Our host was so welcoming and kind! Showed us all around and told us what we needed to know. Comfortable accommodations and amazing and very quiet location. Loved hearing the history of the farm and would love to come back!
The cabin was very clean and provided everything needed! Wish the weather cooperates so we could have sat on the amazing deck more! Great stay….. highly recommended.
Wonderful quiet time with the family. A chance to disconnect and focus on what matters most. The farm, apple picking, fresh doughnuts just made it that much more special.
Absolutely beautiful. Peaceful cabin with everything one needs. Tom was an excellent host. Was a much needed week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and prepare for the next 25+!!!
This was a wonderful place to stay, I only wish I had gotten to spend more time at the cabin (we had a busy weekend scheduled). It was cozy and clean and there was an orchard on the property with a bakery with delicious donuts.
Great place for a peaceful getaway. Cabin and surroundings are beautiful. Tom is a wonderful host. He spends a lot of time with his guests to acclimate us with everything in the cabin and some history on the farm and the cabin. We have already booked again for a visit in December.
The perfect cabin for comfort and privacy. The cabin offers all of the amenities you will need. You might want to pack bug repellant and a flashlight. Be sure to visit the nearby orchard and market!!! We hope to reserve this unit again soon!!!!
The pictures cannot capture the peace and serenity that this cabin has! It was clean, quiet, beautiful, relaxing and so much more than we expected. Tom and family made us feel so comfortable and welcomed during our stay. We definitely bought some delicious goodies at the store and bakery nearby. We even got to feed the chickens and bonus turkey! This is definitely the place to go for a relaxing vacation and we plan on coming back.
This cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and private. The view from the deck was breathtaking. Tom the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We fell in love with the cabin as soon as we walked into the door. We will definitely be going back to this amazing getaway.
Excellent experience!
Even better than portrayed. Private, beautiful setting. Much to do in the area. The farm is a pleasure. Tom and the rest of the staff were a delight.
We'll be back.
We were looking for the perfect weekend getaway with our 2 young children and this couldn’t have been a better place. Tom was the perfect host and was eager to greet us upon arrival, give a tour and suggestions on dinner places. The farm itself is perfect for families with children, with animals (goats, pigs, etc), sweet treats and apple picking! The cabin was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I was also lucky enough to catch a few fish with my girls. Great place we plan to visit again!
We loved this place! We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers. With more than enough room. We even had 4 additional friends stop over one evening for a visit and still had enough space. The place was off the beaten path which was nice after a long day. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The pictures do not do it justice. It was so calm and peaceful. The boys enjoyed fishing and finding golf balls in the woods. The orchard was wonderful. We were able to get fresh fruit, donuts, cider and my favorite we could feed the goats! 100% would stay again!! Thank you for everything Tom!
Fishing was *chef's kiss*. My daughter & I caught over 40 huge bluegill & around 10 2-4lb bass right off the deck in the pouring rain. We were soaked 2 the skin, but we were catching so many fish we didn't want 2 go inside.
Unfortunately, there were other issues w/the house, that need 2b addressed. Let me say the owner is very kind, he's just really hard 2 get a hold of when u need him. I understand there's a farm 2 run, but if u have people staying in your home, u need 2b available if issues come up. Which they did. If you're planning 2 do any cooking, there isn't enough cookware 2 accomplish what u need. We couldn't figure out how 2 turn the stove on our 1st night & we needed 2 use it. Also, the bathtub doesn't drain when u shower. So you're standing in 5" of water while showering. We tried calling the owner but he couldn't b reached. Through phone or VRBO. I had 2 wait until the next morning & drive 2 the store 2 talk w/him. When I got there I said I needed 2 speak w/the owner & was told he was impossible 2 reach. Um...what?? The bathtub issue was never addressed & I was given a frying pan & told the stove is hard work. We had 2 figure it out on our own.
The biggest problem: They have a Blackstone grill. Awesome, right? We got some steaks & veg & couldn't wait 2 use it. Unfortunately, we opened the lid & it's filthy. Why wasnt it cleaned b4 we got there?
These problems need to be addressed.

Why they chose this property
The cabin is one of several houses that stand on the farm's property. Built in the 90's, it boasts rustic charm. The private pond and surrounding woods provide ample wildlife to watch, including birds, turtles, fish, deer, and more.
