Very clean duplex, had everything we needed. Needed to finish up painting in bathroom, not a big problem. Excellent communication and she was always available for help!! Not much on TV unless you wanted to get into your accounts. Area around duplex was not much to look at. Duplex located in a very depressed side of town.

The space is efficient for business travel to Belleville. All surfaces appear clean. There is an unpleasant odor & evidence of some mold on the bedroom window. The neighborhood is charming with a community garden next door. It is lovely to have an outside space for walking & appreciating the community feel.

The house was a pool house off the main house which was a little odd to me but we had the whole pool house so it was technically correct. The parking was a little complicated as if you have more than one car, you have to pull up to the very bumper of the first car so the owner can get out of the garage. But the pool house was very clean and the owner was polite, so overall, I was happy with the property.I did miss the pet limits and the host was very understanding about my mistake which was extremely appreciated.
