Everything was just stunning! So clean and beautiful! So much space and room for everybody, never felt crowded with all the guests invited to the wedding, did get rained on but that’s weather and they were still so helpful with everything. Made for a beautiful wedding!

Overall our stay was a very incredible experience. All the guests enjoyed the weekend. Only few concerns we had was the pond had too much algae and we were not able to fish. Then the WiFi signal was spotty. Then there were limited supplies such as paper towels and trash bags. But overall, everything went well.
Wonderful, accommodating, thoughtful hosts. The property was beautiful as a whole. The cabin was a delight. It is decorated beautifully. We rented the UTVs and rode the trails. We went fishing. Also fed the horses. Made smores. The sunrise and sunset are amazing. The stars are glorious at night. My family members have texted and called since we left talking about the great time they had. The outdoor spaces are awesome as well. The hot tub is huge. There is enough space in and out the cabin so people don’t feel crowded. Our group was 18. Only 4 people under 18. Wonderful experience. We will be back soon!

Unforgettable Getaway at Crystal Lake Ranch
Our stay at Crystal Lake Ranch in Broken Bow was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, personalized attention from the CLR team, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect.
The luxury cabins are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The attention to detail in the décor, the cozy yet modern ambiance, and the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature made our stay truly special.
One of the highlights was the incredible amenities. The property is serene and well-maintained, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and adventure.

If you’re looking for the perfect luxury getaway in Broken Bow, Crystal Lake Ranch is the place to be. We can’t wait to return and make even more amazing memories!
The house was beautiful and we had a great time with family. There were a few things I wished I knew in advance. First off there is NO oven, I missed checking if they had an oven in a property that sleeps 18. I basically cooked for 22 in an Easy Bake oven that didn’t heat or cook evenly. Second off this house does not sleep 22, it sleeps 18. There is no sleeper sofa in any of the rooms and none of the sofas were sleepers. There is no hair drier which I checked in advanced if the property had one and they replied it did. They have 2 types of coffee maker, Keurig KCups, and a regular drip coffee maker. Also you can not flush toilet paper down the toilets and one of the restrooms had a bad sewage smell. Over all we made it work and had a great time with family. Probably wouldn’t return to this property because of the fact there is no oven.
Our stay at this cabin was disappointing due to multiple undisclosed issues. The cabin had several maintenance problems, including flickering bedroom lights, a damaged mirror, a malfunctioning air conditioner, and refrigerator freezer issues. There was also a soda left inside the small refrigerator when we arrived, raising concerns about cleaning between guests.Cleanliness was a major issue. We found Asian beetles in the bed sheets, cobwebs throughout the cabin, and hair in a folded towel stored under the sink that was supposed to be clean. The hot tub had a strong, unpleasant odor and did not appear to be properly maintained, so we did not feel comfortable using it.Safety was also a serious concern. One of the hammocks on the property was unsafe and caused an injury that required an emergency room visit. After booking, we received an email stating ATVs were not allowed on the property, which should have been disclosed beforehand. After checkout, the host attempted to charge an additional cleaning fee for moving a couch only a few steps, despite no damage.Overall, this property was not properly cleaned, maintained, or communicated as advertised. We would not stay here again.

Dear Darrin,
Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your concerns and would like to clarify a few points based on our documented records.
Security footage shows a child attempted to flip on the hammock without adult supervision and fell. The hammock remained intact and was safely used by guests throughout the weekend. Hammocks are installed low specifically to minimize injury risk.
Time-stamped cleaning and pre-check-in videos confirm the cabin was clean, the refrigerator and AC were functioning normally, and no sodas were left behind. Temperature logs from our Nest system show normal operation during your stay.
Our hot tubs are drained and refilled daily with fresh well water. As an eco-preserve property, we do not use chlorine. Footage confirms the hot tub was used and later found with cups and debris, which contributed to a plumbing obstruction.
The mirror crack referenced is sealed, approximately two inches, and poses no safety concern. Insects are normal in this protected forest environment.
Post-checkout inspection confirmed furniture was moved and extra cleaning was required, resulting in charges per the signed agreement. Third-party vehicle rentals are not permitted per insurance policy and your contract.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify these matters. We hope after all you enjoyed your stay.
