Private Ocean/Jungle/Pool View Gated Villa- walk to Beach & Samara Village

Peaceful, private, & stylish Villa (built in 2016) with immaculate lush grounds in a safe, gated community adjacent to the small beach village of Samara. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an in-suite bathroom, an AC unit, sliding glass doors to the outside lawn, a large closet, and blackout blinds. Enjoy the 8x40 ft lap pool while enjoying amazing 360 views of Samara Bay, the Pacific Ocean, the surrounding jungle and gardens, and a dark night sky. Comfortable beds with imported toppers and quality linens. A/C in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Five-minute walk to market, coffee, grocery, bakery, restaurants, and shopping. The food scene in Samara is impressive offering a variety of local and foreign cuisine. The Villa is an 8 minute walk to the beach.

Samara Beach is about 3 miles long, so it offers an easy opportunity for morning or evening 5-mile round-trip beach walks. Day and night jungle hikes, zip line tours, and other jungle adventures are available by through local guide shops. Samara Bay is safe and swimmable for all ages, with wildlife-filled tidal pools to explore and snorkel. Other water activities include ocean kayaking, surf lessons, boogie board and surfboard rentals, ocean fishing and tours. An excursion to Isla Chora by a local guide can be enjoyed by all (or kayak there yourself). If you are just a beach bunny, there are areas of free lawn chairs and areas where chairs and a tent can be rented for the day. 100% of the beach is safe and free enjoy with food and beverage service available at beaches in front of the restaurants. Or, rental a car or ATV to explore one of the many incredible and more private beaches to the north and south of Samara. The neighborhoods around the Villa and Samara village are safe to explore, including at night.

The villa property offers expansive outdoor space with sounds of birds and ocean waves. High-speed Wifi. Lots of free parking. Wildlife visits regularly (see more details below). The Spanish Language School (Intercultural) and several surf schools are a 8-minute walk. This property is our part-year home, so it is well-equipped, well-cared for, and comfortable.

The Villa is located on a hilltop above Samara (hense the incredible views). The paved driveway is very steep at the start. The walk up the drive takes 2-3 minutes. It is a great motivator to jump in the pool when you reach the top! That said, walking up this driveway is not recommended for individuals with physical challenges, while pulling luggage, or while pushing a baby stroller. We recommended securing a car or golf car for individuals with these circumstances. Once at the Villa, the surrounding property is all flat. The home is level without steps.
