From the first time I reached out to the host to the day we left the property, my experience with the hosts was excellent. I had a few questions before our stay and a few during our stay - the response time from the host was nearly immediate and was always full of helpful information. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook meals which was important to us. It also has comfortable beds and a great laundry room which was helpful during our stay. The location is fantastic - 5 minutes from a supermarket and 10 minutes from the Friendly Center which has a lot of shops and restaurants. We will definitely rent this property if we are in Greensboro again. Thank You!

Classy, comfortable and convenient! The property was spotlessly clean and featured lots of little extras to enhance our stay: snacks, wine opener and blankets. The host was very responsive to every inquiry; furthermore, the location was super convenient! Excellent access to numerous restaurants, including Starbucks, Chik fil A, Target and grocery store. Not far from downtown and outer loop, so we were able to get around town very easily. We will definitely consider this property next time we're in Greensboro.

Great Place

Enjoyed my stay at Cozy Dream while on a work trip. It had all the amenities of home while offering a peaceful place of rest away from the busy noises of the city. Kisha communicated all the necessary information for the check-in, stay, and check-out process, and she answered questions before and during my stay. I would definitely consider this property on another business trip in the Greensboro area.

This property was the perfect solution to our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and conveniently located. The grounds were well maintained and clean and the neighbors that we met were friendly and welcoming. Inside, everything was very well decorated and extremely well kept and immaculately clean. All communications with the property owners were timely and professional. In fact, Kisha and Jazz were very cordial and helpful in all ways. We would highly recommend this property and will certainly book again the next time we are in Greensboro and surrounding areas.

Clean and Spacious

Excellent communication by the hosts! Very clean property in a safe, family-friendly private neighborhood. Home was well-stocked, comfortable, and clean. We visited Greensboro for our son's college graduation from Elon. My husband and I stayed in the master, my parents stayed in the 2 bedroom (both on 2nd floor), and my daughters slept on the pull-out couch in the 1st floor family room and felt very safe. Would highly recommend this property!
