Die Wohnung ist wirklich ruhig gelegen und an der Ausstattung ist nichts zu bemängeln. Die Treppe zum OG wo sich auch die Dusche befindet ist nur für geübte Personen und solche die keine körperlichen Einschränkungen haben, nutzbar. Kleinere Mängel wurden unkompliziert und schnell mit dem Vermieter abgestellt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm und die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.
