The house is located in a quiet street, surrounded by cow and horse pastures. The S-Bahn station Wilhelmsburg can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, from where it is in 9 minutes to Hamburg Central Station in the city center. You can also be at the harbor, Landungsbrücken, Speicherstadt, Alster and Reeperbahn in a short time. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away to take the bus 2 stops to the S-Bahn. There is a P&R space available for your car.
The bakery for the breakfast roll is within walking distance, further shopping possibilities about 1500m away.
The direct surroundings are ideal for long walks, jogging and cycling, because the house is close to the Elbe, the nature reserve "Heuckenlock" and the island park, where the International Garden Show took place in 2013.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large bright living / dining room with sofa and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with high chair and all the trimmings and a cozy balcony with electric awning.
