This neighborhood is very residential, all of our neighbors are full time residents, and we require for our guests to respect the peace and tranquility that the neighborhood and this beautiful street offers.

The house is just minutes away from the European Village and it's locally owned restaurants & shops. The closest beach which is Jungle Hut is just an 8 minute drive away. The Palm Coast marina which is just 1 mile up the street offer boat storage & kayak rentals. Our nation's oldest city St. Augustine and the historic St. George street is located 25 minutes north taking the scenic route of A1A. If you are in town for Nascar or Bike Week, Palm Coast is the place to be, the house is located 30 minutes away from International Speedway & Daytona Beach. Palm Coast offers the perfect beach getaway for those of you visiting Orlando and the theme parks, the house is located one and a half hour from all the Orlando Airports & Parks.
