Beautiful mountain views are yours to enjoy while staying in this recently remodeled, attractively furnished home.

Located less than 10 minutes from both Vail (7 miles) and Beaver Creek, (5 miles) this home is perfectly situated for fast and easy access to either mountain.

Enjoy the sunny, open concept floor plan with airy, vaulted ceilings. The fabulous kitchen, dining room with huge table that seats 10, and family room with cozy fireplace provide plenty of space to gather. Rare in mountain properties, this space has air conditioning in the master bedroom and living area.

We provide zippy 1.2 G wifi. If you need to breakaway for a meeting, you'll find the privacy you need at a desks in the master bedroom and an additional bedroom.

Our private, 5 person hot tub is located on the wrap around deck just 3 steps from the door. Take in the magnificent star filled sky while soaking your cares away. The deck also features tables and chairs for 9 to enjoy outdoor meals, coffee or cocktails and a Weber gas grill.

Whip up a feast in the kitchen which has stainless steel appliances. You'll find it very well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, serving plates & bowls, small appliances, coffee, tea, sugar and a wide array of seasonings.

There's plenty of room as there are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms; just under 2000' square feet total.

Our home is one half of a duplex. Both homes have their own parking and private decks.

The large master suite has vaulted ceilings, infrared heated wood floors, a walk-in closet, TV, desk, A/C and ensuite bath. The bath is completely remodeled and features heated tile floors. The spacious, double shower has one ceiling-mounted rain shower, one bar mounted/hand-held spray with adjustable spray patterns and a bench. A large, lighted, anti-fog mirror and nice towels add to the spa-like experience.

The entry level of the home has three bedrooms; each with a queen bed and flat panel TV. Two have walk-in closets and one has a chest of drawers. All 3 bedrooms have infrared heat and wood floors.

Two bathrooms serve the 3 bedrooms, both have heated tile floors. One has a bathtub/shower combo with an adjustable spray shower head. The other has a large shower with a rain shower head and an additional hand held spray. The laundry area rounds out the entry level.

We have a highchair, Pack & Play, crib linens, outlet plugs, night lights, some cabinet locks, and a baby gate available for our youngest guests.

Hit the slopes for fabulous powder runs at world class Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts along with boutique areas Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. All four are located within 7 miles of this home! Ski, snowboard, snowshoe, snowmobile, tube, or ice skate; the choice is yours in our winter wonderland.

Visiting Summit County resorts is also fairly convenient, Copper Mountain is 30 minutes away, Keystone and Breckenridge about an hour.

EagleVail is served by the free local CORE Transit bus line. Using the bus service, you can ride East to Vail (11 Minutes) or West to Avon Station to take the Westin Gondola to Beaver Landing (7 Minutes) or the Elk Lot at the base of Beaver Creek to transfer to the Beaver Creek shuttle bus which drops you at the main village.

The east bound bus stop is about 2 blocks away, the west bound bus is 3 blocks.

This property is conveniently located in EagleVail, a residential golf course community, just 3 miles east of Beaver Creek and 7 miles west of Vail. When the snow arrives, the golf course becomes a maintained cross country ski and snowshoe trail.

EagleVail is a summer recreation hub with a pay-per-use community swimming pool. The tennis or pickleball courts can be enjoyed by non-residents for a $10 donation. EagleVail has 2 golf courses, the championship Eagle Vail Golf Course and the Willow Creek Par 3 course which also has foot and fling golf. Additional golf activities include a driving range plus free putting & chipping greens. EagleVail has several parks and playgrounds and national forest hiking and mountain biking trails. There's Pavilion Pond with a sandy beach and picnic tables, and a Pump Track. Our home is three blocks from the Eagle River (popular for fly fishing & kayaking). A bike trail runs along the Eagle and Gore Creek Rivers connecting Vail, EagleVail, Avon and Edwards.

EagleVail is also located close to the towns of Avon, Edwards & Minturn, which are home to many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. There are several farmers markets in the area during the summer and early fall. Edwards has theirs on Saturday, Minturn on Saturday, and on Sunday the largest of them all is in Vail.

Outdoor concerts are held at Ford Amphitheater adjacent to the award winning Betty Ford Botanical Gardens and in Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek and Minturn.

We have two bikes, three sets of golf clubs, basic tennis rackets and pickleball paddles in the garage you're welcome to use free of charge.

Our home is close to the EagleVail Pavilion (blocks away), Donavan Pavilion (6 miles) Vail Chapel (8 miles), Beaver Creek Chapel (3 miles), and 4 Eagle Ranch (25 minutes).
