Wonderful Ski Weekend

I recently stayed here with a close group of friends for a skiing and yoga themed get-away. The check in process could not have been easier. The house was perfectly set up with an entryway for skis, a nearby lift up to south peak, and a deck overlooking the river. The community shuttle allowed us to not worry about rushing out early for Loon parking. This is a beautiful property with plenty of space to relax. Our hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend!

Incredible Property!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience - the house was absolutely beautiful and even better in person than the listing pictures. All of the rooms are spacious, kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful, and the outdoor space made our trip all the better. The location is also excellent - we were able to walk to a few breweries / winery, restaurants, takeout food (~.5 miles away). We came in the Fall, but otherwise would have been super convenient access to Loon Mt as well. Overall, can’t recommend Shannon & Joe’s property enough!

Your host

I live with my husband and two young daughters outside of Boston, and we were looking to build a 4-season retreat not far from the city! We love sharing our home with others so everyone can enjoy a piece of our home away from home!

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood for its river and mountain proximity! We love the quiet neighborhood walks for our kids, yet the 2 minute ride to ski in the winter!

What makes this property unique

The house sits right on the pemi river, so the white noise of the river lulls you to sleep! You are also walking distance to the owners lift for skiing, and a quick walk into downtown for dinner or drinks!
