Kitchen
The kitchen features a vaulted ceiling and built-in breakfast nook, new appliances, dishwasher, filtered water/ice, split oven, and 5-burner gas range. It is fully-equipped with cast iron and stainless-steel cookware and everything you’ll need for amazing home-cooked meals.
Living Spaces
The main floor has a spacious living room with a 9’ window overlooking the western sky and San Francisco Bay. The dining room features French doors that lead to a deck perched above the backyard where the kids can jump on a 12' trampoline (at their own risk!). The Weber grill and outdoor deck furniture offer the perfect space to enjoy dinner amidst stunning sunsets.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Up just a few stairs from the main level, you’ll find a full bathroom and two additional rooms.
Bedroom 1: Has an organic queen mattress, Restoration Hardware sleigh bed, bay window looking west.
Office: Is set up as a WFH office (i.e., no bed), with bay window.
BOTH upstairs bedrooms are WFH ready, with Varidesk Pro-Plus 36” Sit/Stand stations, external HDMI monitors, and Humanscale Freedom Headrest office chairs. There is also a Epson business printer and cross-cut shredder in the main office.
Downstairs from the main level
Leads to more open space, the laundry room, 3 additional bedrooms, and a large primary bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Can be furnished with a twin and/or crib with an organic mattress.
Bedroom 3: Has a queen-sized organic European Sleepworks bed.
Bedroom 4: Is a primary suite that has been curtained off for privacy (no door or wall separates it from the other half of a large, multi-purpose room). It features a king-sized organic European Sleepworks mattress, goose-down comforter, and French doors that open to the lower-level backyard.
Primary bathroom: recently remodeled full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and three shower heads, tiled floor, bidet, ample built-in closet space, and LED lighting.
There’s a Billiards table that is pushed off to one side of the multi-purpose room that 4-5 adults could move back into the center of the room. There’s plenty of storage space as well.

All utilities included. Washer, dryer, tankless hot water heater, ample on/off-street parking, WiFi Internet, 40” LG SmartTV, monthly gardener. Owners live nearby. Non-toxic cleaning supplies provided.
No pets, no smoking, no parties or large gatherings.
