At our spacious Richmond home our goal is to make every guest feel comfortable and at home. Whether you are a business traveler, a family with children and/or someone visiting town. Our four bedroom two bathroom with a fully equipped working kitchen and brand new countertop stove, plus all houseware. We provide what guest needs for a complete "I feel -at -home" sort of thing experience. We thrive for guest-comfort, and we believe that small things are the big things that truly makes a difference when vacationing. We provide extra amenities from a workspace (extension cord, ha!) to bubble water to enhance guest stay. We know the game. We know that when a large group travels together size of the place really matters. We are pleased to say that our home has plenty of that. Room. Space. Home has almost 2500 sqft divided in 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living room, dinning-room, kitchen and a bright room play-area. Backyard is spacious. Perfect for children to run around while grown ups enjoy a drink.

Charmer highlights: Master bedroom is the size of an studio with a convenient double-counter sink and a jacuzzi-type tub. Bedroom is spacious and sunny with a king size bed, and a portable "Pack n' Play" crib available. Bedroom number two features two comfortable twin size beds with a serene and minimalist decor. Bedroom number three offers a full size bed that easily fits two people. Bedroom number four has two entrance: from the patio through the glass sliding doors and from the inside the house. It features a queen size bed, full size chic day-bed with a twin trundle and a TV with Roku system. On living room a brand new leather sofa-bed can be use for an extra person. Play-room area is bright and spacious with a coffee table sliding top where toys are kept for little ones (I am a mom myself and i know play-rooms are a MUST when vacationing). Dinning room is a Norgaard extension dinning table from Scandinavian Design. Please note, dinning table can't accommodate more than 8 people. There is additional sitting in living area (four foldable additional chairs, plus an small table). Very conveniently there is assigned parking inside the property that accommodates up to three cars. All of the bedrooms have windows and closets. Linens & towels are new, plus silverware, dishes and kitchen utensils. Our charmer has brand new wood floors with fantastic natural light and a beautiful hill view. Our Richmond home is in a residential and family oriented neighborhood -perfect to welcome large families and/or group of people. Lots of room to spread out. Home decor is nice, modern with a bohemian twist.

The neighborhood
Home is located in Richmond, exactly borderline El Cerrito. Neighborhood is family oriented and quite. We are one block away from El Cerrito City Hall, Police and fire department. One block away from lively San Pablo Ave.
3 mins drive to freeway 580.
One block from 72R bus stop.
12 mins walk to El Cerrito del Norte Bart Station.
4 mins drive to Ranch 99. Two blocks away from Marshall's and Peet's coffee (shopping center).
5 mins drive to Solano Avenue, a very vibrant neighborhood, with a great and variety of restaurants, coffee shops and a movie theater. We live a couple blocks away since a few years ago and we love it: it's safe, friendly and greatly located.
