Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please gather food from the fridge and throw it away. Place all trash in the garage in the bin labeled “Trash”.
If any furniture has been moved, please move it back to avoid additional charges.
Check under beds, in closets and in drawers for any items you may have left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not move the furniture. Cleaners having to move furniture will cost an extra $100 to their cleaning fee.
No indoor smoking of any kind. You will be charged $500 for smoke removal. Outdoor butt cleanup is an additional $200.

We come to Harbor Springs every year for our family ski trip to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Knob. Both are very close to the house. The house is beautiful and was very clean/organized. We had no problem locating anything we needed during our stay. The check in was seamless and communication with Liz was prompt and very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Perfect Harbor Springs rental

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The location was great, we walked into town daily. The home provided everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in the future!

Ski Trip

Excellent location. Walkable to downtown Harbor Springs. 8 min from Boyne Highlands. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for those that went skiing. However, all did have an enjoyable in the Vrbo.

Great home -- wonderful location,

Four friends from grammar schools days stayed at this lovely home to celebrate their 80th birthday year together. Lovely private accommodations for each couple and a great downtown location, walkable to everything. Although there were a few things not in working order, Liz was very responsive and had the repair man out to the house within hours. A day on nearby Mackinac Island and great early fall weather made our stay just perfect. Thank you!

Great location and plenty of space

The home is in a great location, just a couple blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants of Harbor Springs. Being so close, it allowed us to be together, but also do our own thing at our own pace. The description online doesn't highlight how great the layout of the home is. It has a first floor master with full bathroom, bedroom and full bathroom in the basement, and three bedrooms upstairs (one is another master with full bathroom and the other two rooms are Jack & Jill sharing a full bathroom). Lots of space and privacy for guests. Lastly, the property manager was wonderful to work with and responded to any questions very quickly.
