Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is walking distance to all downtown shops, restaurants and marinas. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen clean with all essentials. I would look into updating the sheets, pillows and bath linens but were acceptable for our 5-day stay.

The only thing lacking was linens; not enough towels and no extra blankets or pillows for the beds also, very few dishes and serving bowls and platters in the kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful home and fantastic location but there were a few inconveniences. The master bathroom shower was inoperable (appeared that the water was completely cut off to the shower), several light bulbs were out, the interior large Roman shade in the guest bedroom didn’t raise, and so couldn’t look out the window. The Mr Coffee machine was disappointing in such a high-end rental. The hot water was scalding...was able to adjust the water heater in the basement. The folder stated to follow directions to use the fireplace, but no directions were available. The front porch was so pretty, but with the cold weather, unfortunately it couldn’t be used. Would recommend possibly winterizing the porch like the neighbors have done to make it year-round accessible. Also didn’t realize from the pictures how close the other houses are. Really appreciate use of the garage and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need. Beautiful furnishings throughout. Would recommend property with minor improvements.
