This well-furnished and stylish rooftop condo is everything you could want in a Dominicus rental. Come enjoy your stay in comfort and tranquility, dining outside while you watch the sky painted with the Caribbean sunset. Enjoy a cold drink in our swimming pool before retiring for the night in our quiet, safe neighborhood.
The space
This space is a modernized rooftop condo situated directly as you enter Dominicus proper. This well-built mid-rise is within reach of anything Dominicus has to offer by foot. (Or motorbike/car rental, available to rent in-house) Numerous restaurants and taverns of differing flavors and assortment, a GORGEOUS public beach, local spa's and a variety of stores and mini markets for your shopping needs.
Guest access
A private entrance will allow you access right to the roof where your condo awaits you!
Other things to note
Electricity costs a lot. We therefore ask you to turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home. When consumption exceeds $20 per week, the excess amount is charged to the guest.

Rental rates if you require transportation:
Motorbike: 15 USD per day, 90/week
Car: 30 USD per day
Massage bookings available: 30 USD for 45 minute massage

No usage of Spa tub or music after 9pm please!

If Co-host or Maitenance is required, they will be able to enter the premise during your stay to assist with the issue!

Please make any complaints/concerns within one hour of check-in.
