About this property

Lakeside Gated Community, 3 bedrooms, 2 miles from Lake

Our single-level cabin is located in a beautiful gated community in Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona, voted "Best Cabin Region in the US" by Cabin Life magazine. With 1900 sq ft of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Our split floor plan features a wood-burning fireplace, 4 TVs, front and back covered patios, many beautiful windows, a 2 car garage, and all the comforts of home including FREE Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes more than most rentals (oven, microwave, waffle maker & toaster oven). We also offer a large selection of board games, as well as a shuffleboard table for your enjoyment. Our bedrooms have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and we recently replaced the bunk beds with a full-size bed and a separate twin bed.
Within our gated neighborhood, there are walking trails and water features throughout. (Water features are seasonal and run from May-Oct). You'll find our convenient location is centrally located to meet all your needs. We're within minutes of several lakes (Show Low Lake is only a 5-minute drive), hiking trails, geocaching, horseback riding, golf, a shooting range, ATV trails, restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping. Hon-Dah Casino is just 15 minutes away, and for those who love to ski, Sunrise Ski Park is just 34 miles from our cabin.
Please note: Smoking and pets are NOT permitted. / Min rental age is 25. A short-term residential vacation license agreement must be completed for all reservations. Occupants/Guests are limited to those identified within the agreement.

The house is lovely, clean, modern and convenient to everything. There IS traffic noise, however, on the back deck (a little less on the front deck). The neighborhood is lovely, as well, with great walking paths along a manmade stream that meanders through the area.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed visiting this property. The location was close to restaurants and stores. The home was immaculate. The rooms were very spacious and we loved the fully stocked kitchen. You could really prepare a full meal there if you wanted to. We did not use the patio or grill because it was winter time. We loved having a garage space to park in as well. We did accidentally stain a bed linen while we were there and the host was very reasonable to work with to pay for that. We can’t wait to return!

We love our gated community and the central location. We're located just off the AZ-260/White Mountain Blvd, in Lakeside, just past the Show Low border. We can quickly access shopping, dining, hiking trails, golf, and other outdoor activities in Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside. Show Lake is only 1 mile away.

What makes this property unique

We are in a gated community and have 4 lakes within 20 minutes. We're also across the street from the Mogollon Rim Trail, an easy 1 mile paved trail with breathtaking views of the Mogollon Rim.
