This home was so cute! It was roomy enough but yet also felt cozy. There were thoughtful things throughout the home, including extra cleaning supplies, garbage bags, tp, sugar packets. You can tell that the owners really take their job seriously as VRBO hosts. Thank you for the lovely weekend!

Home and neighborhood was nice and a good location, place was neat and clean. Bedrooms all up stairs and 2nd bath off kitchen so that was a little inconvenient but worked ok.

Sweet Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed the home. The price was perfect, the same price as a hotel room but we had lots of room to do our own thing. Very clean. The owners were real quick to answer and gave recommendations for food. The neighborhood is nice and we will stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great place

We really enjoyed this rental. It was a great location and the beds were comfortable. The house was well equipped with extra towels and bed linen. The only change we suggest to figure out how to make the key pad more visible when entering numbers and the gate near the driveway Could be on a tighter spring so it would not swing out so far.

Excellent Stay!

My family of 3 and another family of 4 stayed at the house and it was perfect! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and looked just like the pics. The owner was very responsive whenever I messaged. The provided towels & linens as well as coffee and other supplies was a very nice touch! We went into Binghamton on Friday night and went skiing at Greek Peak all day on Saturday. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the area!

Beautiful Home and Neighborhood - Close to all

We're originally from the area so have friends and family all over Binghamton. Was so excited when I found this home. This location is PERFECT, beautiful quiet neighborhood, yet close to all. BCC & SUNY BINGHAMTON close enough and your out of the city in a beautiful cozy neighborhood. Owner responses were quick and home equipped with everything you need. We'll be back!!! Old friends retreat

Five friends with over forty years of friendship chose this property because of central location to our homes. Matthew’s home offered us total comfort, cleanliness, space and location for all us us to feel right at home. We did some shopping, and we enjoyed delicious Thai food at Villa Thai. This house was perfect! Not only did Matthew take care of a few icy patches out back, he delivered a second large cooking pot for our soup fest! Attentive and went above and beyond! Family-Time Gem

Our family needed a halfway point to meet for Easter because of my mother’s failing health. This home was perfect! So clean, so spacious, with all the amenities needed to make the stay easy including great closet space.The neighborhood has a homey, side-sreet feel with kids out biking, parents doing yard work, and only occasional local careful drivers.The backyard has a fire pit and chairs for getting together.The homeowner was quick to get back to any messages, and went out of his way to make our stay festive and special for the occasion and my mother was so happy to have us all together where we could spend time, relax after the meal and really connect. An outstanding experience!
