Please note: This is one side of a modern duplex. The neighboring unit is separately occupied and, while the home is designed for privacy, occasional normal household sounds may be heard.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used linens and towels on the washer.
Throw trash into a garbage bag and into the black bins in the rear of the building. Recycling into the blue bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours observed from 10pm to 7am.
Please do not block the walkway, driveway, or within 5ft of the mailboxes.
No smoking inside or outside on the property.
