Location, location, location! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pet friendly condo offers 1,000+ square feet of living space and sleeps up to eight guests. Enjoy soaking in the common area hot tub after your Sun Valley Adventures. Just a 6 minute walk to the River Run gondola and ski lifts or 10 minute walk to downtown Ketchum for shopping, dining and nightlife. Escape to the mountains in the perfect downtown location.

Details:
This upper-level, chalet-style ski condo has been newly remodeled with vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout. The living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace for winter warmth, a small table and chairs, and a Smart TV for streaming all your favorites.

The kitchen is modern and fully stocked, featuring granite counters, a custom wood breakfast bar and seating, and all the essentials including stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, and a bottle of wine on us! There's a small table and chairs for indoor meals, and the outdoor balcony has a BBQ.

The main level master bedroom with a king bed boasts a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and heated tile floor. The second floor features a nicely sized bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a spacious laundry room with plenty of storage, and a small, private bonus room with a comfy queen bed, a Smart TV, a retro gaming station, and a Vintage Disney VHS collection.

Other vacation amenities include a large storage closet for your skis, bikes, and toys, free outdoor parking, and a community hot tub for use during your stay with us. Snowshoes and kids' sleds for your use are found in the closet.

The condo is a short walk to town, the walking/bike path, and the River Run Gondola and ski lifts. Sun Valley offers free buses with a stop directly in front of the condo, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the historic Sun Valley Resort.

Note:
The third bedroom is a nook off the laundry room. The queen bed is comfortable, but the room is small due to the sloped ceiling, which is quite low near the foot of the bed.

Great space with easy access to skiing and town!

We did a girls trip for a birthday. The owners were lovely and excellent at communicating. The place is cozy and cute with detailed instructions on heating system and even the bus system. We’d love to stay there again!

Great Location!

This property was exactly as described. Cute, cozy, and the perfect distance from town. In a very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy it when you wanted it. Brett was wonderful to work with, fast responses and the check-in check-out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this great place to anyone looking to enjoy a weekend away in Sun Valley!

The location is great. We were there for a wedding which was close to the wedding site and within walking distance of downtown for the after celebration. The condo is very clean and the host communicated everything we needed to know. We appreciated that. This is an upstairs condo, and with the comings and goings of the wedding party, and our pets, we were a bit noisy during regular hours. However, we were all in bed by 10:30 pm. There is one neighbor, in particular, that is a bit difficult, if you have pets. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place pretty close to the river run base

All was great. However, directions to lock the door were incorrect. You need to hold the # key for two seconds. And getting it to lock when leaving was a bit of a problem as it kept sticking on something. Upstairs shower also had a small drip.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

Clean and cozy accommodations. No AC made for a tough night’s sleep in the summer. Check in was a little confusing but I think that was mostly a VRBO platform issue. The owner was great with communication and responded mostly within an hour or less to any questions. One of the upstairs bedrooms in tight with the slanted ceiling. Love that it’s pet friendly and it didn’t feel dirty or have any pet smells. Overall a good stay and a good price for the local.

Why they chose this property

The property is located perfectly. You may walk everywhere! The ski hill and downtown Ketchum (restaurants, breweries, and bars) are a 10 minute walk. The walk and bike path is along the river and only 400 feet away.

What makes this property unique

The condo has been recently remodeled. There is plenty of parking. Dogs are allowed.
