This remodeled beach home has the most amazing oceanfront views. You will love this extra-large home with 3 large bedrooms, 2 remodeled baths, a gorgeous kitchen with state of the art appliances and a beautifully appointed Livingroom overlooking the ocean. Located at the end of the hallway on the 14th floor, you have privacy and space.

Have your morning coffee or favorite drink on the balcony, while you read a good book, catch the sun rising over the ocean, watch the dolphins, or check-out the beautiful Virginia Beach city skyline. Walk to restaurants, shops, marina and Rudee Inlet. You have everything you need to enjoy your vacation: surf, swim, fish, stroll along the sandy beach or just catch some sun.

We stayed in this beautiful home because our son was competing in the Adidas Indoor National Track and Field meet. This was the perfect spot for him to rest and recover, and for us to cook some meals. The location was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable.

You have the choice of looking out at the ocean or at the boats in the inlet. It was great having the beach just steps away. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable, very nice condo with a great view of the ocean and beach. Whole building was nice and clean. Several nice and affordable, for vacation, restaurants only a few minutes walk away. If you are a Navy fan this is a great place to stay, right east of the Navy Air Station Oceana so lots of F18 fly overs during the day, not too loud at night.

Perfect Vacation

It was at the end of boardwalk so it was quiet but we could still walk and enjoy all of the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and had top notch appliances. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Nice place but the roaches (palmetto bugs) we not fun. Live ones on the back patio and the master bedroom patio, and a couple dead ones inside. View was amazing, beds were very comfortable. The place was very well equipped. We had to buy dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher, but everything else was there. Check in and check out procedures were very easy and outstanding communication from owners.

At that time, it did not have any bugs, as we have a pest control company that regularly comes to spray. We have notified them to pay special attention to the balcony and remind our guests to keep the balcony screens closed. As we mentioned in our messages, our team is within 5 - 10 minutes from the condo and are available to handle any issues. Again, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us make our beachhome perfect for all of our guests.
