Welcome to your beach getaway in our quiet, lovely neighborhood. Walk to Common Fence beach for sunset, or 1 short block to the Marina for sunrise. Excellent restaurants 2 minutes away. Drive 13 miles to Newport beaches. Property has a private outside entrance with keycode access. Your suite includes a spacious bedroom with queen bed and sitting area, room darkening roman shades, en suite full bath with large stand up shower, and well- equipped living/dining area. Gas grill available for outdoor cooking, and outdoor table/chairs/umbrella in your private outdoor space for warm summer nights. Window A/C. Owner lives upstairs. Respect our neighbors. Quiet guests welcome. No Parties! Hablamos español.
