Nestled along Montana’s legendary Rock Creek, this cozy 12x20 cabin sits beside one of the river’s best fishing holes. Surrounded by natural springs, wild berries, and abundant wildlife, it’s a true escape into nature. Spend your days fishing, hiking, or spotting elk and bighorn sheep, then return to relax with a hot shower and grill up your fresh catch. Comfortable and simple, the cabin is the perfect base to unplug and enjoy the beauty of Big Sky Country.
The cabin itself is simple yet welcoming, set up in a studio style with a twin-over-queen bunk bed (upper bunk weight limit 175 lbs, ideal for kids or a smaller adult). Inside you’ll find the basics for a comfortable stay: a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, gas grill, and a few cooking essentials. Outside, ample seating invites you to relax, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the quiet of the evening as the creek flows by.
Bordered on three sides by Forest Service land, the property feels secluded and wild, yet is conveniently located right off the main road for easy access. Please note, this does mean there’s a possibility of road noise, and there is no cell service in the area—making it the perfect opportunity to truly unplug and reconnect with nature.

This was perfect for a quick fishing trip getaway. We had all the basics that we wanted, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed using the grill outside for cooking.
We absolutely loved staying in this little cabin. It is perfect for a couple. It would also be nice for a small family if you don't mind sharing a room. It's set up like a studio. The views are AMAZING. We would stay here again.
Perfect get away, I’ve passed by this cabin a lot wondering if it was ever available. Spend a lot of time at rock creek and would love to return to This cabin, 5/5 m, location is perfect and amenities are wonderful. Thanks so much
We loved the location and having great fishing at our doorstep. We would have liked to see the grass mowed around the picnic table and the fire pit seating. Otherwise no complaints and it was a great stay. As advertised and very comfortable. We definitely want to return.
This is the third year I have stayed here with a friend. This property is as close to heaven as you can get without actually dying. Although it is quite far away from any towns, the cabin is extremely well-stocked with all the necessities and although it is really small it has everything needed for creature comforts. Of course it helps that it is located on one of Montana's great fly fishing streams! Simply wonderful.
