What an amazingly charming place to stay. Our kids especially liked having a ping pong table. The area was so central to everything and the history of all the houses made it feel special. We were really impressed with the communication from our host and would definitely put this on our list of places to stay again.

The front steps were broken and crumbling with cones on top of the giant gaps in the stairs. We found trash left behind by the previous guests and there were dirty towels out for us to use. The kitchen was poorly stocked.

Great Spot close to campus and downtown

This place is within walking distance of downtown and the NDSU campus. Eldon is a great host, who is timely with communication and offers helpful information about the area! Would definitely stay here again.

Front porch crumbling, roped off, and unusable. Dead rabbit in driveway. Only 1 washcloth and towel in upstairs bedroom. 2 in other bathrooms. Water from kitchen sink undrinkable. Subscriptions required to watch TV. Steps upstairs were hard to use. Very narrow tread plate. Low ceiling in places, made for unusable area. Overall clean.

Wonderful house, comfortable and safe.

This is a charming older house that fits my needs when I need to stay in Fargo. It is close to the Roger Maris Center so the location is great. It is the second time I have stayed here and will return if I need to stay in Fargo again.
