This home has it all! Entertainer's yard with NEW saltwater pool and spa, plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor bar with new gas BBQ grill, and ice chest. New beds, mattresses, linens, & furnishings in all bedrooms. There are no cameras or listening devices inside the property or backyard. There is 1 Ring camera at the front door and 1 facing the street.
EV charger (fee applies).

*In California, pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 (and/or up to six months imprisonment).

A $300 pool equipment reset fee will apply.
NOTE: There is a private casita at the front of the home and is not included with this listing. It may or may not be occupied during your stay. It is a private casita with a queen bed, its own private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a private entrance. The door to the casita is at the front of the home and the main home double door entrance is down the walkway appx. 30 feet away from the casita door. If there are guests staying in the casita during your reservation dates, those guests do not have access to anything inside the main house, nor to the backyard, pool/spa, or BBQ grill. If you are also interested in booking the casita, please message me to discuss pricing. It is ideal for 2 guests and a baby (portable crib and hi-chair provided upon request).
**At times, there may be high wind and sand storms. These types of natural occurrences are beyond our control. If you would like additional pool cleaning during your stay, we will try our best to accommodate you. An additional fee will apply.
**During warmer months, the pool will naturally reach a higher temperature due to weather elements. This is also beyond our control.
PRIMARY BEDROOM CLOSET AND GARAGE - Both are locked and strictly for the owners use
An additional fee of $85 for extra guests (more than 9 people).
IMPORTANT! Additional fee of $125 per night, per guest for extra guests (more than 10 people) applies during the COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL AND STAGECOACH FESTIVAL (in April). Pricing will be adjusted manually by me once the number of guests has been confirmed and verified.
THE BORING STUFF....
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury to yourself or your guests while on the property during your stay. You also understand and agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for any accidents or incidents during your stay and while on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
It is also agreed that we will not be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Any damage to the home, furnishings or property, including odors of cigarette smoke, and evidence of unauthorized pets will be assessed and the renter will be held liable and responsible for the damages.

Our country club resort has three 9-hole golf courses, a restaurant / bar, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, fitness center, and more!
What makes this property unique
The backyard faces one of the golf courses and you can enjoy the newly built saltwater pool and spa. We've also recently added an outdoor bar which includes a gas BBQ grill (no propane or tanks to be refilled), along with an ice chest.
