4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths make this the perfect place for two families or one large family. There is one bedroom with queen bedding and an en-suite bath, located on the garage level. There is room in the garage for one vehicle and a golf cart.
Going upstairs to the main living level you will find an open living area that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. Large flat panel TV and plenty of comfy seating in the living room where you can watch all the big games. The dining room can seat 6 and 3 more at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs.
The third level has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has king bedding and a large master bath. The other two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with queen bedding and share a hallway bath right outside the bedroom doors.
