Sea Palms and Windward Point is a private, condominium community hideaway is centrally located with easy access to all of the island's activities, facilities, and amenities. Our condo is only a few steps from the newly renovated Sea Palms Club House, Golf Course, Pro Shop, private pool, practice putting green and restaurant. This premier golf destination features a George Cobb-designed, 18 holes of championship golf and offers a rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels.

Our FOUR bedroom property is a comfortable, first floor, quiet, corner location with enough room for your family and friends throughout the spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. The location creates a unique atmosphere of natural beauty, convenience, and recreation.

From our covered balcony, enjoy the view of Sea Island in the distance as well as our private community pond, pool, and one of the most unique tidal marshes on the Georgia Coast. And if you enjoy bird-watching, our porch is ideal!

Our property features top-of-the-line construction and furnishings including four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, plantation shutters, tile and hardwood floors, fully furnished kitchen, washer/ dryer, wet bar, dining room table for 8, Wi-Fi, and flat screen, smart TVs in each room (Roku included).

The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, plantation shutters and large en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
The second master features a queen bed with a connection to a private bath. Two additional guest rooms have a Queen bed and twin beds with a shared connecting, private dual-sink bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appropriate pantry items including coffee maker, Keurig machine, and microwave oven. The kitchen also has an eat-in bar area with two bar stools (not pictured).

As soon as we first walked into 101 Windward Point, we fell in love with it. We know you will as well, and we’re happy to share our condo with you.

Great experience

We had such a great time at St. Simons. The condo was so nice. Plenty of room for everyone. I especially enjoyed the covered patio. Perfect to enjoy my morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful marsh view. There was a problem with the internet so we didn’t have Wi-Fi or tv, but the property owner was so helpful and addressed it quickly. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful! Clean, everything we needed, felt very safe in the area… loved the Marsh view from the porch.. it all made us very happy!

Beautiful condo! Very clean! Loved the way it was laid out. We maxed it out with 7 people and 2 support dogs and yet we were very comfortable. No issues only one comment. They're 2 pools at the resort. The smaller one behind the condos can be used by renters. However the larger one at the clubhouse can not. This was not a problem. We definitely enjoyed the pool. Lol, had a crab in the bottom of the pool. We got him out everyday and put him across the fence. He kept returning. We named him "Henry". Kinda miss him. :-)
