Nice property with a lot going for it. Good location to the ski resort and Asheville, with a great view. Pros include both location, view, well appointed with supplies such as bathroom items and kitchen items, as well as good communication from the management company. Cons are few but things that should be addressed. The property needs a better cleaning, under the beds and floors are too dirty. The grill needs to be replaced, its grates are rusted and basically unusable. Otherwise a good stay and would recommend.
The property was great and accommodating to pets, spacious enough to accommodate multiple people, and the views were great. I do wish that the toilet paper was more than just 1 ply and we were a little confused about having to start a load of laundry. Our dishwasher was out of order so we had to wash our dishes by hand (not a requirement by the property). Over all the stay was great and we enjoyed our time.
We came in town for a wedding and wanted to stay in a large cabin so everyone in my immediate family could stay under one roof! We had an amazing time and the cabin fit all of us!

Disappointing. The dishwasher was not working when we first tried to use it. Scuzzy water in the bottom came out when we opened the door to the dishwasher. Broken furniture on porch. Old worn furniture on main floor was
We had the most beautiful time in this cabin, it was very quite and lovely, there was plenty of room for a large family to relax and for the kids to play. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing and breathtaking. Communication with the host was great and they responded to our questions in a very timely manner, we highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely go back .
Beautiful home! One of the better VRBOs I have stayed in the area. Home was clean with everything needed for a work trip. The views were outstanding and the open deck was perfect for watching the sunset. The homes on the mountain are close so everyone was out on their decks enjoying the views. The road up the mountain is in need of repair (potholes and unevenness) but worth it at the top!

Overall the stay was good. Some things to point out was The dishwasher was out of order and had nasty water in the bottom. The windows in the upstairs room with the queen bed wouldn’t close all the way so when it rained the first night it was cold and rain got in. Not really a big deal but we couldn’t go out the main level door to the balcony and the swing was laying down as what seemed like a barrier so we didn’t go on that balcony. The propane was empty in the grill when we tried to cook. As far as cleanliness, there was food wrappers in the upstairs bedroom underneath the dresser. And hair on the bathroom floors from a previous stay. Dust and debris was behind the bed on the main level. I will say the host was very responsive whenever I had questions.
My family stayed here to celebrate Thanksgiving together. There was 6 of us with ages ranging from 10-80. While we did enjoy our stay we did encounter a few issues. Main floor bedroom- Drawers fall out of dresser, No hangers in closet, and lamp did not work. In the kitchen there was a leak under the sink when the faucet was on, There was no toaster, and poor assortment of pans in fair shape at best. Living room furniture is old and uncomfortable. Patio door is broken and wouldn't open. Hot was clean but at 75. Had to turn off breaker and back on to get it to work. No chemicals in the floater. After a couple days the water started to turn slimy and had a smell. My father is almost 80 and complained of no hand rails and slippery shower floor. I understand no hand rails but a shower matt would be nice. A lot of the outside furniture is very worn with some of it broken. It is a great location just needs some TLC and updates.
Nice mountain views. Home needs attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
The home has nice views but, the cleaning company needs to do better. When we arrived, there were crumbs left on the kitchen counter and dining table. The wood flooring on the main level had dirt debris, the upstairs bathroom sink had toothpaste residue, a lot of hair was found in the tub, and half of the shower curtain liner was not hung up. The upstairs bedroom carpet had debris and the decorative pillow on the bed was dirty. The hot tub was unacceptable for use due to dirt and debris present. Some maintenance issues should be looked into as well. The hot water handle on the kitchen sink was not attached to the sink, the coffee pot power button does not work. It is automatically on once plugged in. The upstairs tub faucet leaks intermittently when turned off and the plumbing in the main level bathroom makes a loud noise intermittently after flushing the toilet. This is a very nice home, however, it needs attention to cleanliness and maintenance to prevent further issues. Not feeling comfortable in using the hot tub due to uncleanliness, was a huge disappointment as it was a requirement in choosing our booking.
