A Beautiful Home, But the Air Conditioning Needs AttentionOverall, this is a beautiful, well-maintained home with excellent amenities. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals. The décor is tasteful, the home is very clean, and there were plenty of towels for the pool. Everything advertised was easy to access and made for an enjoyable stay.The biggest drawback was the air conditioning. We understand we visited during a hot time of year, but the system struggled to keep the common areas comfortable. Additional wall-mounted AC units, particularly one in the rear living room and two in the second-floor landing, would make a noticeable difference. The bathrooms, especially the toilet and shower areas, had almost no air circulation and became extremely hot, while the home’s abundant natural light caused it to retain heat throughout the day.The most disappointing issue was that the AC in our 18-year-old son’s bunk room stopped working and was never repaired. He had to sleep in our room for the final three nights because his room was too hot. Property management responded promptly and tried to troubleshoot remotely, but the issue remained unresolved.The second-floor front bathroom also had extremely low water pressure, making showers difficult.This is a wonderful home, and we would gladly stay again if the cooling and water pressure issues were addressed.
