Banyan Tree 203 - Peaceful oceanfront Kona condo

Banyan Tree unit 203 has been recently updated! It now features a split system AC, with AC units in each bedroom and the living room. Stay comfortable no matter how warm it might be outside. Both bedrooms now feature eastern king-size beds. Minor repairs completed throughout. Kitchenware replaced and updated.

This unit is a 2-bedroom/ 2-bath unit, with spacious kitchen and equipped with everything you need. Make this gorgeous, oceanfront condo your vacation "home away from home", and you'll never want to leave. You will have a front row seat to the entertainment of the local surf spot called Banyans. The Banyan Tree, located about 3 miles south of Kona town, is a direct oceanfront resort with pool & spa, secure elevators, free parking (for 1 vehicle), & BBQ grills near the pool and lounging area. Watch the dolphins year around, whales in the winter season, and endless beautiful sunsets every evening.

The Big Island of Hawaii has so many attractions it's hard to even begin to list them. Dramatic lava rock coastlines, black, white & even a green sand beach, waterfalls, ziplines, various tours and don't forget Kileaua Volcano. Many small villages along your route each day hold art galleries and communities. Tour a coffee farm, and learn how that delicious cup of Kona coffee made it to your hands! Horseback riding, ATV tours, charter fishing & sightseeing tours are a few more activities that you might enjoy. Relax each evening in your comfortable condo or sunbathe by the pool for a day of rest.

Great view!

We have a great 9 day stay! Very relaxing view, we seen dolphins and enjoyed watching the surfers all day! Wonderful kitchen amenities to cook all our meals. We enjoyed our time away together. We had friends in another condo and we had fun playing cards at night.

Wonderful Accommodations

The location was wonderful and we enjoyed being right on the ocean. The unit was well equipped with all kitchen needs and the management was very quick to replace a beach chair that was missing. Comfy beds and furniture too. We hope to stay here again!

10 Day Visit

The kitchen was well equipped which was so appreciated. The view of the ocean was fantastic. Tracy Leverone was very responsive to our requests on how to operate the washer/ dryer and she fixed the connections on the TV, etc., and later brought us a broom. Thank you Tracy, for your prompt replies and resolutions. We do feel it's important to convey to the owners that the bed in the master bedroom is collapsed on one side and the headboard rattles. The sofa cushions are also collapsed. The toilet in the master bath needs some help as the tank doesn't easily refill or flush properly. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub chemicals were out of whack for almost our entire visit and advised by the maintenance people not to use it. The pool solar system was not working so the pool was too cool to swim in. The living room windows were not washed on the outside. The upstairs landing area outside the elevator was clean and well-kept.
