Understanding the new laws passed in the area, this property manager was incredibly difficult to work with and provided an unpleasant experience. There is little that can spoil a vacation to Tahoe, especially in the summer, but the interactions we had with staff came very close, even after following every instruction carefully. Will definitely not be returning

We tried to reach out to this guest as he rented 2 properties and gave both wonderful properties less than stellar reivews. We are always working to better our guest interactions and remedy any issues.
The property is wonderful and we are saddened that any interaction with our company would ruin any vacation. We do have certain rules with the county and the community that we do need to follow as well as our own policies. We don't think that they are excessive. Access to area ameneties are not in our control. We try very hard to inform guests of these issues through out tems and conditions that the guests sign and several emails. This guest did email for an early checking but as we are a very busy office we did not see the email early and did not answer until later. We did tell him to make sure to call for immediate assistance. Maybe that was the problem. We do apologize for any negative experience and would love the opportunity to clear up any problems.
