Absolutely Amazing

We stayed here for over 2 months while I was working in KC. The apartment is clean, beautiful and centrally located. The neighborhood is safe and amazing with restaurants and walkability. I could not recommend this place enough, for a weekend or a long stay, it is an amazing choice. Lance the realty manager I worked with was wonderful and communicative. Would stay here again in a heartbeat as we really came to feel at home here.

This luxurious roof top penthouse is located atop the Summit Building, a boutique luxury building in the desirable Westside neighborhood with shady streets and great local restaurants. The Summit is walking distance to the Crossroads, Kaufman Performing Arts Center, and Power & Light KC and is located above the popular Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse. Some of the best places to eat in the neighborhood include Blue Bird Bistro & Ibis Bakery for breakfast, and West Side Local for dinner.

What makes this property unique

Our place is about 20 minutes from KCI airport. We are only a couple minutes drive or a 20 minute walk to the T-Mobile Center, Union Station, Crown Center, KC Convention Center (only a 10 minute walk) and American Royal Center. 20 minute drive to both the Royals and Chiefs stadiums in Kansas City, Mo. We are also about 30 minutes from the Kansas Race Track and Legends shopping area. Options to get around, if you do not have or rent a vehicle, are Uber, Lyft or Bird Scooters. The Street Car is less than a mile away, which will take you between the River Market and Union Station
