Enjoy Gulf views with 360° degree sunrise and sunsets from the 3rd level crow's nest, in-pool volleyball net, huge fenced-in yard with a natural gas fire pit perfect for evenings at home. 2 King Suites & a Bunk Room with 4 twins, all with full bathrooms.

Our home is in a private neighborhood called Windancer Shores. The HOA and Walton County both have rules that as a guest of our home you will be required to abide by. These rules may differ than the VRBO guidelines.

- No pets allowed anywhere in the community
- Quiet Hours 10PM - 6AM DAILY: Neighborhood and Local Noise Ordinances prohibit loud outdoor noises (music, voices, parties, construction) every night starting at 10pm until 6am.
- Know your beach flags: There is no lifeguard on duty at our private neighborhood beach, therefore you are responsible for your own beach safety. The Walton County Sheriff's Office has officers that patrol up and down the beach throughout the day to monitor beachgoers safety. Double Red Flag means the water is closed and could result in a $500 fine.
- Follow LSV (Low Speed Vehicle/Golf Cart) Laws: Drivers must be licensed. Seat belts & child seats are required by law. No driving on Highway 98 and any road over 35 MPH.
- No House Parties or Events of any kind on property
- No renters under the age of 25 years old.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to dumpster located in condo back parking lot. Dumpster is located in left side as you walk towards the beach.
Please ensure all pool toys are returned and TV remotes are returned to proper room.
Please ensure golf cart keys are left on counter top.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Terrific house with Perfect location

This beach house was terrific for our family vacation! The fully stocked kitchen and full-size washer/dryer were greatly appreciated. The pool was a life saver when the littles tired of the beach and the backyard outdoor space is so nice! Quick runs to the grocery store were made easy with the golf carts! We will definitely return to this property!

The property is very nice, remodeled, check-in and check-out super easy and fast. Full kitchen with all the utensils you can use. Everything new and super clean both inside and around. Just a few steps from the (private) beach so tranquility will be a factor in our favor. I recommend it 💯 thank you 🙏 for such a good experience. (I'll be back..)

LOTS to work on, but nice location

I hate to leave a bad review, because the house and location were nice, but it is needed. For starters, when we arrived we could not get in. All the codes changed and the property owner forgot to update listing. We got in right after, but annoying start. Next, the pool sat at 90+ degrees. The owner stopped by and evidently turned off the heater (never saw them) and said it was broken because it shouldn’t be that high. It stayed that high all weekend and was so miserable. Our babies couldn’t get in it because too hot. We booked this house for the pool, so it was so disappointing. Next, the AC went out and stated “high carbon monoxide” so that was terrifying and we had to wait for someone to come fix it by waiting at the house for him. Next, no main tvs worked and the owner said they would come fix and they never did. Last, OPEN OUTLETS in the bunkbed room. As in no outlet covers, perfect for little fingers to get electrocuted. I couldn’t believe it. And last, the upstairs bathroom is in the bunkbed room, not the king room and it does not connect so if kids are sleeping, you have to go downstairs the use the bathroom. As much as we loved the location, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Ideally located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, you’ll be near tons of hot spots like the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Seascape Town Center and beachfront local restaurants like Surf Hut, Whale’s Tale and Pompano Joe’s. Windancer has a Gulf-front pool that is seasonally heated and beachfront bbq grills.
