Beautifully furnished, this home feels like a home away from home. The main entrance is on the ground level. Directly inside is a garage theatre with big screen tv, mini refrigerator, full bathroom, bike racks for securing your toys, and an extra murphy bed. A staircase takes you up to the main level living, kitchen, powder room, workspace, and patio that houses many great places to lounge and a propane grill.

Up the next set of stairs is the primary suite which includes a king size bed, walk-in closet with lots of storage and it's very own en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed & closet and the third bedroom has a full size bed on the bottom with a twin size bunk above. These two bedrooms share a spacious jack and jill bathroom.

Additional privacy/security note: There is a ring doorbell camera on the main entry door, 2 cameras pointing away from the house on the front corners, and one pointing down the outside stairs beside the house.
- No smoking in the house.
- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains!

Things to know: The driveway is tight and allows for 2 small vehicles side by side. Street parking is acceptable, however, it is a very narrow road.

There is a single ring doorbell camera on the main entry door & flood light camera on the Patio. You're welcome to unplug the patio camera but it is not activated during guest stays. There is a switch inside the door that controls the flood lights. If patio camera is unplugged, please plug it back in before departure.

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as "Pet Friendly" will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
