Discover the cozy 1-bedroom villa nestled within Folly Field on Hilton Head Island. Nestled just a short walk from the serene Folly Field Beach, you'll be able to stroll along the pristine, flat sands and splash in the gentle waves whenever you please.

This newly renovated villa has been recently updated with all the comforts of home. Full size appliances with all the essentials including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils.
We also include 2 beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella.

There are 2 pools on site with one of them being the largest pool on the island. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the 2 smart TV’s. Dine together at the cozy dining table or step out onto the private balcony to savor your culinary creations al fresco.

Enjoy the miles and miles of bike trails on the island, along with beach riding. There are over 60 miles of public pathways and nature trails. Bike rentals are located right at the resort for your convenience.

When it's time to wind down, retreat to the comfortable bathroom stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. Refresh with the hair dryer, and keep your wardrobe wrinkle-free with the iron and ironing board. Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, heating, and access to the on-site fitness room.

Great Stay in Hilton Head

Very clean well appointed space- comfy bed, good shower and fluffy towels. Well stocked kitchen and nice touches throughout the unit. Very easy walk to beach and nice to have beach chairs and towels provided by host.

Wonderful condo

We were very impressed with this 1-bedroom condo. We have rented a lot thru VRBO and this was the cleanest place by far and very comfortable for 2. The price was great! Location and property amenities were very good. Cleanest and quietest beach we have been to and easy access thru the parking lot.

A Fantastic Find in Hilton Head!

This amazing condo was absolutely PERFECT for our stay in Hilton Head. Everything was super clean and beautiful, and the owners even had a handwritten greeting card and Pellegrino awaiting us upon arrival. The owners were wonderful about communicating with us and just couldn't have been nicer. If you are looking for a clean, safe and beautiful condo i Hilton Head, reserve this one today...you'll be so glad you did!

We had an awesome week. The condo was very updated & exceptionally clean & very well stocked with everything you need. Hosts were very responsive & even left us a welcome note with drinks & candy. The location was great. Easy to get everything. Pool was beautiful - great place to relax after exploring island - lots of pool chairs.

It was so simple. Laurie (owner) always responded quickly to my questions. She really made our stay pleasant. The unit was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. I hope to return and stay at her rental again.

Ideal accommodations

The condo we stayed in was prefect for us seniors! There was an elevator and ramp when we needed it. Walk to beach and pool was very doable . Condo was furnished with everything we needed and more. Very well decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar on the resort property also. Owners response was prompt if we had questions.
