Second Floor Ocean View- Steps from the Beach! 1 Bedroom villa in a gated Resort

Discover this cozy 1-bedroom villa located at the beautiful Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Nestled just a short walk down the boardwalk from the serene Folly Field Beach, you'll be able to stroll along the pristine, flat sands and splash in the gentle waves whenever you please.

This newly renovated second floor villa (A211) has all the comforts of home!! Full size appliances with all the essentials including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils.
We include 2 beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.
There is an elevator for easy access to the unit.

We are local to the area and we personally manage, maintain and clean our villa to ensure every visit is perfect for our guests!

There are 2 pools on site with one of them being the largest pool on the island, (located ocean side!!) Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the 2 smart TV’s. Dine together at the cozy dining table or step out onto the private balcony to savor your culinary creations. The resort also has two on-site restaurants with one being right at beachside/poolside.

Enjoy the miles and miles of bike trails on the island, along with beach riding. There are over 60 miles of public pathways and nature trails. Bike rentals are located on site for your convenience.

***Please note: E Bikes are no longer permitted anywhere on the resort premises. The resort will have you remove them and store them somewhere at your expense.***

When it's time to wind down, retreat to the newly remodeled bathroom stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, heating, and access to the on-site fitness room.

We absolutely loved this place! It was very clean and cozy. The chairs and umbrella that were provided were just what we needed to relax on the beach, which was just a very short walk down a boardwalk. Would recommend for sure!

We have truly never stayed at such a clean place on vacation before!!! It was stocked with everything we needed and even some snacks and toiletries! Very close and easy walk to the beach and you can’t hear your neighbors!! Would totally stay here again just for the cleanness alone!!

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. The condo is beautiful- freshly updated - so pretty! It was equipped with everything we needed and is just steps away from the beach. The balcony is nice and has an ocean view. The host was a delight! Highly recommend!

Driving up, the property seems a little old and dated, but this little condo was AWESOME! Obviously newly renovated, it was so neat and clean, the owners really put some thought into all the little design touches they used. I loved the balcony chairs and the view of the ocean, the bathroom was spotless, the kitchen was perfect! Did I mention this place was really clean? It was a short walk to the beach and there's even a few restaurants right on the property to enjoy. My only (very) small grumble (and not a reflection on the owners) is that I thought the pool closed too early--especially for the summer: 8:00 pm! REALLY?! I will definitely seek this condo out again for future stays! 10/10

This was a very nice condo, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities we could ask for. Appreciated the extra plush bath towels. Weekend getaway!

We had a great stay! The place was roomy enough for two, very clean, and prime location for the beach! The hosts even left us some drinks for our first night which was a nice touch! Would stay here again!
