The Honey Dew Log Lodge in Egg Harbor Door County Wisconsin

Experience the warmth of a Hand-hewn Door county Log Home. The silence beckons you. Long peaceful afternoons in the county. Deer grazing just outside your window, crickets chirping in the twilight. Eighty acres of woods to explore.

The main floor includes a king in the master with a full bath (including jetted tub). A queen off a half bath, a queen and two twins in the loft. The main floor also offers full laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, field-stone fireplace in the living room, and satellite TV. In the heated carpeted garage there is a pool table, a foosball table,air hockey, folding tables and chairs. The unit has hardwood floors on the main floor, and is carpeted in the loft. The house has a wrap-around deck with furniture.

The grounds include a fire pit with firewood, benches, picnic table, volleyball equipment , a charcoal grill and a gas grill. The driveway is paved with ample parking. The home is situated on a beautifully wooded landscaped parcel. It’s very peaceful.

This was the perfect place tonight celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with family members. Beautiful grounds—the fire pit in particular saw a lot of use. Our younger ones enjoyed the play area and adults enjoyed the spacious layout of the house. Every room was put to use, especially since we had some rainy days. Nice to have Foosball and pool table during the bad weather. Unique and picturesque log cabin style with all the amenities. We absolutely loved it!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Door County anchored at the Honey Dew Lodge! We had 16 people and there were plenty of beds for everyone. Used the bonfire pit (plenty of wood provided by the host), the endless decks and patios, the yard for games, the garage for games, and the spacious kitchen for meals. I highly recommend this property! Oh, and when in town be sure to visit The Log Den bar and restaurant which is owned by the same family!

The Honey Dew was great for our extended family of 8 adults and 6 children. Kim was easy to work with, and she made sure that appropriate supplies were available, and garbage was picked up when we needed. The cabin has plenty of space for outside activities, and the huge indoor space (three living rooms) and several places to lounge outside make it easy to deal with a big group. The cabin is located in the woods, well away from the main highway, so it is very quiet. Also, the log construction enables each bedroom to be sound-proofed. There are plenty of attractions for the kids nearby, and the location is convenient for quickly getting to both sides of the peninsula. Overall it is perfect for a family vacation.

Beautiful log home with lots of space. We had 9 adults and 5 kids (ages 1-7) and the Honey Dew Lodge was great for us. It offered everything we needed.... And when the WiFi didn't work during our stay, the owner had it taken care of the same day.

Stayed here on a girls weekend. Cabin is beautiful and cozy. We had a very large group and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location with beautiful property you can walk. The log home is huge and gorgeous and is well stocked with premium toilet paper! Great communication with hosts, they attended to our every need and had plenty of wood for daily fires outside AND inside! Would definitely rent again!
