Jasper is a spacious 2-story 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in the heart of Gilbert. It has resort style community amenities with nearby heated pools, basketball courts, multiple parks, and walking trails. It’s the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the wonderful AZ weather!

We are a mother/daughter team that has lived in Gilbert for over 20 years. We love living in this area and sharing the experience with others! We'd love for you to stay at our home and visit all the nearby shops, delicious restaurants, cute farmers markets, beautiful hiking trails, and more! Come stay, relax, and enjoy the wonderful AZ sun. ☀️

This place is a perfect for ann individual, couple or small family. Easy access off major highways, restaurants and shopping less than a mile away and a very comfortable, clean, and useable home. We hope to stay again in the future.

Clean and quiet

I've stayed at a number of rentals and this place is probably the cleanest. Every corner was attended to and we felt right at home. Location was great. We had Thanksgiving dinner here and kitchen was adequate for heating up our prepared AJs and Whole Foods turkey and sides.

Nice condo and neighborhood

We were very happy with this rental. Everything was new and clean and in a nice residential neighborhood. Garage parking, basketball court and pool very close, quick drive to stores. Our family stayed here for our son's athletic event, and it was perfect.

Excellent Venue with lots space

This was a wonderful stay for our bridal party. Clean, easy, great location, easy to communicate with the owners. The heated pool entertained our bridesmaids, in between events, and it was spacious and accommodated our needs. It made a wonderful place to accommodate the girls and made keepsake memories!

Safe neighborhood for families

This little Gilbert townhouse made it convenient for us to use as a home base when taking in all that the area offers. While there is no hot tub as stated, it was very near a nice pool. The area is a very nice, safe neighborhood with lots of families. The downside was that we had to supply our own dish cloths/towels, hot pads, cleaning supplies and a few odds and ends.

Perfect for us!

This property was just what we needed for our family during our Christmas visit to AZ. The property was very clean and comfortable, plenty of seating and comfy beds. The twin beds were a little on the small size for taller adults but would work great for smaller people or children. The kitchen was well stocked and the managers were fabulous at communicating with us. Check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Jasper Villa

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked for our month long stay. The appliances and kitchen items were good quality. The garage can accommodate two cars. The pool was right next door and while not heated was a good place to sit and relax. Only one of the 3 community pools was heated. The property owners checked in with us and promptly answered any questions we had.

Great place to stay!

This place worked great for our family group of 4 adults and 4 children. Everything was updated and as pictured. It was nice having the use of the garage. We packed light and with little kids the laundry room was a necessity for us. There were plenty of beach towels provided for the swimming pool. (The kids favorite part.) The kitchen was very nice with plenty of tableware for eating meals in. There were games and toys our kiddos ages 3-8 enjoyed playing with. Plenty of outdoor space and playgrounds for the kids to enjoy also. The hosts were always responsive although we didn’t have to contact them that much. This place worked out perfect for us and we would definitely stay again.
