Private Entire access to 6 villas only for you and your guests to enjoy. Enjoy a private retreat w/ an Onsite POOL w/ lounge chairs, outdoor seating and BBQ grills. Centrally located Direct Access to World Famous Daytona Beach full of family friendly activities, attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Amazing location with public transportation in front, and walking distance to the Bellair Plaza full of grocery stores, shops and much more!

Newly furnished with Washer/Dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans included. Toiletries, hairdryer, linen and towels provided. Beach towels and chairs provided for fun at the Beach! Smart TV, Netflix, Wifi and board games for entertainment.

Guest will have access to the ENTIRE place with 6 full kitchen, 6 full bathrooms, 3 separate living rooms, kitchen island with seating areas and 8 bedrooms. Onsite parking for up to 12-14 cars.
No smoking indoors

Pool was disgusting

The pool was disgusting and unusable the day we arrived on Friday, and for most of Saturday due to being green and had trash in it. A pool man came during our stay on Saturday and did some work. The pool cleaned up later Saturday night and some people used it, but most people were turned off by it and never went in. Including me. The pool should have been ready for guests when we arrived, not during our weekend stay. I have video and imaging of the pool on our arrival and after the pool man left on Saturday.

Overall a great place for a large group!

We had a large group (16 adults and 8 children) and this place was perfect! There were plenty of bedrooms and extra cots if needed. The large kitchen/living room was a great gathering place for the group and the convenience of each unit having it's own kitchenette allowed some time away if the group got to be too much. The pool was private and perfect for the kids and adults. The unit has a view of the ocean from the kitchen (for now) and was just across the street from the beach. Publix very close and we were just a few minutes from the board walk. We were slightly thrown off that you couldn't flush anything (including toilet paper) but we managed. Towels and wash cloths were provided but if you have a huge group or lots of kids, you may need a few more. The kitchen was stocked with all of the basic pots and pans for cooking. We would definitely stay again.

Wedding Week

Upon arrival the house keepers were still on the property and it villas were not ready at check in. The place was not as advertised correct as far as the amount beds and the amount of ppl it slept. The pull out sofas were not even full size beds. The big pull out sofa inc was not sleep able because springs were missing. There were many things broken including microwaves/ all the lawn chairs/ refr . The place was not clean and the base bords and air vents were disgusting. More to add is the pool filtration system was broken in which they refused to clean. There also are many code violations . Not a safe environment for family.lighmissing...P eas not
