If your requested dates are not available in The Downtown Retreat Five, please send an inquiry as we have several Retreats available within the same complex and may still be able to accommodate your requested dates. The Downtown Retreat Five is conveniently located in the heart of Ocala, just 0.7 miles from Advent Health and HCA Florida Hospitals, and 1.6 miles from the Historic Downtown Ocala Square for local fare, entertainment and nightlife. This newly renovated peaceful two-bedroom one bath Retreat is one of six Retreats located in a very quiet and private vacation complex owned by Ocala Marion Vacation Rentals. Perfect for the traveling professional, the unit offers a dedicated workspace and windows dressed with blackout curtains for great daytime sleep. For the vacationer, Ocala is an excellent base for exploring Central Florida or simply all that Ocala/Marion County has to offer. The unit is equipped with key-less entry for easy check-in and fully stocked with all amenities needed for a relaxing short- or long-term stay to include a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, bedside charging stations and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. The unit is conveniently located close shopping (supermarket and retail), restaurants and hospitals. Discounts are offered for weekly and monthly stays. While all units are ground level, three units have 2 steps to access therefore not handicapped accessible and has one reserved parking space. For the comfort of all guests, the complex does not allow smoking, pets nor parties. Your hosts live conveniently near the complex for any needs that may arise.

Lovely apartment, conveniently located in the heart of Ocala. The apartment is close to everything but is in a quiet neighborhood. It felt very safe. It was well stocked with bath, kitchen, and laundry necessities. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was very convenient for my mum and I to visit family at Avante nearby. The apt was perfect. So nicely decorated and clean and everything we needed. We were so impressed. Denise was very responsive and kind. Location good for restaurants and near Publix. Highly recommend !

Good location

Place is as pictured. Good location and host is very responsive. The only draw back is there isn’t a dishwasher which is tough if you are cooking a lot of your meals. The place does have a washer and dryer which is helpful. I would stay again.

Absolutely perfect

My mom loves on Ocala and she had been staying with my husband and I for 5 months. My husband's mom is not doing well so we flew down to see her in Gainesville. When we all got to my mom's house we knew someone was instantly seeing because it was 84 degrees on her house. Long story short, the AC would be replaced in 5 days. I reached out and we were able to secure this rental for nights starting that night. The owner was so ready to work with and responded immediately. We were pleasantly surprised that the "bungalow" as I husband called was clean, spacious, quiet, in a good area, and quiet. We happened to be the only one in the 6 rentals. I highly recommend to anyone looking for some where to stay in Ocala or if you're for somewhere for family this is perfect.
